1MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATIONAbstractThe purpose of writing the following paper is to discuss about the importance of communicationin the various workplaces. The company that has been chosen in this regard is the ABCCompany. The main aim of this company is to satisfy the needs of their customers and providethem with the best services. The role of the communication at the workplaces is very importantindeed. The organization must focus on providing the best services through propercommunication with the customers. If they cannot communicate with the customers, they willneed to bring up some new innovative strategies that will cater to the purpose of communicatingwith the customers. The customers can be contacted through the means of various social mediaplatforms and they should be able to know the likes and dislikes of the customers. Some very important things have been discussed here as a part of the communication strategy.The company will need to develop some ideas regarding the proper marketing of their productsand services. The company needs to develop some education drives and programs for thecustomers that will help them to understand that the value of their products and servicesproperly. They will have to be very much active in the social media. This will benefit thembecause the customers will be attracted to use their products once they feel ABC Company canbe able to satisfy their needs. All these things have been discussed in this paper.

3MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATIONIntroductionWorkplace communication is one of the most important things in the modernorganizational culture. It is very obvious that the absence of proper communication between theemployees and the customers will ruin the profits of the organization. The consumer behavior islargely dependent on the communication between the employees and the customers. If the needsof the customers are not satisfied this will lead to the less popularity of the organizations. Thecustomers want the best services on their behalf and it is the responsibility of the serviceproviders to provide the best products and services to the customers. The customers have to begiven the best services within the fixed time and this will bear a positive impact on the serviceproviders. The most essential thing in this context is the proper communication between theemployees and the customers. The service providers must be able to question the serviceproviders about their needs, likes and dislikes so that they can provide the customers with thebest services.There are some specific tactics by which one can connect with the customers properly.These tactics will have to be applied in order to get the best outcomes (Kumar and Reinartz2012). The products and services will have to be sold to the customers in a way that thecustomers should be attracted to use them.
