Introduction
The field of education has emerged to occupy a significant position within the lives of the
people in the contemporary society. With the advent of globalization, the territorial borders of
the society have been eroded in a metaphorical sense. This has led to the people to migrate from
one place to the other for various reasons. One of the most important reason for migration is that
of earning a decent standard of living. Within the frame work of the contemporary society, the
field of education has taken a primary role since it has a direct correlation with the issue of
standard of living (Hazari, North and Moreland 2019). In other words, the more information and
education an individual accumulates, the more he or she is able to utilize such information in
their daily lives. In this context, it can be seen that with the onset of migration, the individuals of
the society are required to speak and communicate in the language of the host countries. As a
result of this, there is a need on the part of the education institutions of the world to impart
knowledge on modern foreign languages to their students on the basis of the fact that it might
prove to be useful to them in the event of migration (McLaren 2016). The purpose of this paper
is to discuss about the importance of the impartation of modern foreign language to the boys
enrolled in educational institutions. The aims of the enquiry have been stated in the paper and
this has been related to the values involved in the idea of pedagogy. The paper also mentions
about the importance of action research which is significant for empirical research. The paper
concludes with the importance of the need of pedagogy for the educational institutions.
Aims of the assignment
The main objective of this paper is to understand the importance of motivation required
for the boys to learn a modern foreign language. In this context, the aims of this assignment can
be stated as follows –

To understand the rationale behind the need of motivation to learn a modern foreign
language for the boys.
To examine the various personality of the teachers and their experiences needed to impart
effective education in this field.
To describe the values related with pedagogy
To understand the issue of action research and the rationale begin its execution in the
field of education.
Aim of enquiry
The aim of this enquiry is to understand the need for motivation to impart education to
the children enrolled within any educational institutions. The field of studies require patience and
concentration. As a result of this, the students need to be kept motivated and encouraged as they
are bound to lose their concentration during their period of study.
The purpose of this paper is to look in to the need for motivation for the boys of the
society to impart modern foreign language education to them. This sphere has assumed
importance as a result of the growing aspect of migration in the society. Furthermore, this is
more significant for the male members of the society since they are the ones who are more likely
to travel across continents in search of a better standard of living. In this context, the enquiry has
sought to understand the issue of motivation related to the dissemination of modern foreign
language (Johnson and Golombek 2018).
Personality of the teacher and experience till date
The personality of the teacher and the experience acquired by him or her till date plays a
significant role in their method of imparting education to the students. A teacher needs to be able
