·INTRODUCTION
In the further discussion we will focus on the peer review process of a teacher's online
class, my point of view as a reviewer as well as a reviewee is dicussed down through the
presentation of the Gibb's reflective model.

·GIBB'S REFLECTIVE CYCLE
Description
The online session after digitalisation of the education system gets tough at times, but by the
way he presented things it did'nt feel like it was tough for him, ofcourse in the beginning things did
sound a little nervous but that much is acceptable (Jana., 2019). He started with the best and most
suitable way by giving examples of clinical cases. Just by listening to the starting points of
discussion I got so interested in the lecture, and then his voice clarity and confidence improvised
slowly, which worked as the cherry on the cake. He did not entertain questions during the class, this
has a negative effect, as the students tend to forget the questions and some times the head pointers
they wanted to discuss about after the class, also it helps in making the class more interactive and
interesting for the students. There was no use of sense of humour, he was more precise about the
topics and examples rather than cracking a little joke in between. The content he used was well
researched and up to date.
My online session started with the discussion about some interesting and understandable
clinical examples, the students were very welcoming which made the lecture more interesting and
understandable for them. I tried to give them my best examples and made the lecture as interesting
as possible but still they thought that the sense of humour was missing. I held the questions and
answers or queries asking part atthe end of the lecture, to make the online session less chaotic for
me as well as the students. Because of the activities and fun interactions it was easy for me to settle
with the students.
Feelings
I was very impressed by the way the online session started, I would not be able to usually
focus in a boring online session. The use of pictures through the powerpoint presentation really
made things easy and understandable. One thing which I did'nt appreciate much was he did not
allow students to ask questions between the class. It was also a little tough for me to understand the
picture and description in the same slide, it was actually a little overwhelming (Larssen. And et.al.,
2018). One more thing that made me less inclined in the class was no use of sense of humour, it is
one of the most important aspect to keep students engaged. The whole lecture helped me gain a lot
of knowledge and interest about the topics the lecture touched upon. If I would get a chance to
attend his lecture next time I would for sure be interested in doing so, to explore his way of
teaching more.
As a newcomer in the sector of virtual lectures I was extermely nervous about how the
lecture would go, and the reactions of the students about me and my teaching skills. But after the
feedback I got from the students I feel more confident about my skills (Afrianto., 2018). I really
appreciate the students being acceptable about the way I teach through my power point
presentations, and I would be glad to bring changes in my presentation style, by presenting the
picture and descriptions in different slides. In regards of the sense of humour I would like to keep it
slow and not make it a priority. The class was very interactive according to me, as many of the
activities were held during the lecture also when it was virtually held and every one was remotely
attending. This made my confidence and enthusiasm increase. Also pointing out on the sense of
