Tesla is one of the leading company in automobile sector. Which provide products like
electric cars that help them to engage large number of customers with their products and services
and make proper utilization of available resources. Report is about culture prevailing in Tesla

Effective leadership help each and every individual to develop effectiveness of their
products and services. Tesla need to develop effective skills in their leaders so that they are able
to develop and help in effective utilization as well as achievement of their goals and objectives.

In this style leaders of Tesla needs to provide jobs and opportunities to their employees
on the basis of their abilities and skills that make their organization effective and help them to

In this style leader will not involve their employees while decision making they decide on
their own but it effects overall success of their organization and demotivates their employees.

This leadership help to set plans for development of Tesla and leaders are able to attract
