INTRODUCTIONEmployees and staff members are the back bone of company because most of work iscompleted by them. Moreover, staff members share their idea and views which are helpful forthe organization. Present report is based on Opito Company, it is an Oil and Gas firm which areproviding safe gas and oil facilities to their customers (Zakari, Poku and Owusu-Ansah, 2013).This updates their technology from firm time to time and is famous for their fast services.Further, organization vision is based on employees’ development and by providing propertraining develops their skills. It also includes the role of leadership and how the culturaldifference put an impact on company image.TASK 11.1 Role of leadership within Opito and how the structure and culture of organisation can lead toeffective organisational transitionLeadership is one of the most important factor which are necessary for organizationdevelopment. Leader of firm guide their employees and time to time motivate them so they allfeel motivated and give their best potential to firm (Brake, 2013). Leaders also manage the entireemployee and increase their capability by providing them proper and effective training. Forbetter development of organization, it is necessary that leaders understand the need and desire oftheir employees and according to their need make a systematic strategy (Shafritz, Ott and Jang,2015). Moreover, leaders share their personal experience; vision and mission so by theseemployees feel enthusiastic. The successes of leadership depend on how employees or staffmember's except the changes and apply on their behaviour. Further, it also increases positiverelationship between the employees and company (Hatch and Cunliffe, 2013). It also raises thetrust of followers on their leader. Hence, leadership can be identified as a process where leadersguide their employees like what to do and which process they all have to follow in their work.For better development it is very necessary for Opito Company to apply the best leadership attheir premises and motivate their employees by providing them appraisal, promotions andrecognition (Hodder, 2013). Leader of this company time to time take a feedback from theiremployees and other staff members and according to their reviews leader change theirmanagement strategies. The best leadership does not depend on instruction and suggestion. Forbetter development of organization it is very important that leader know all the changing1
