INTRODUCTIONOrganisation is defined as two or more people working together in order to accomplishsome goals and objectives. It also refers to as A collection of people working together incoordinated as well as structured way in order to achieve their mission and vision. Enterpriseconsists of group of people those who have come together for fulfilling specific purpose.Without employees or human resource the company can not survive for longer period. It is muchinfluenced by the workers and form part of them. A company also contains irrational and rationalelements. Besides human resource the other significant part of business is technology , by whichvarious operations are executed to achieve firm goals and objectives. Enterprise are characterisedby belief and value system which has great influence on the relationship, achievement andpractices.The project has focus on explaining the various theories and model of human behaviourat workplace. It will also demonstrate the way various theories can explain the way peoplebehave at workplace. The study will have emphasized on identifying the role of human resourcemanagement in managing employees and ensuring their engagement in various businessactivities as well as decision making process.MAIN BODYInternational managementAsian Coast development company is a global development organisation hadspecialisation in development of incorporated resorts. These laws and code ofconducts have great influence on employees and impact on various policies as well as practicesof human resource management. The legal framework is provided by government for employingpeople by various organisations. The composition of public employment, including the genderand age structure of government employment.Recruitment- The two process that is internal as well as external recruitment methods areadopted by organisation. The proper and system process is followed by human resource managerthat includes adversing the identifying vacant position , analysing the source of recruitment,advertising , conducting interviews as well as test and then selecting candidates.Pay setting- Remuneration is negotiated separately for each of bargaining group of candidate thatindicates all the unionised workers in main private administration.
