INTRODUCTION People management refers to the way of hiring, recruiting, retaining the talent in the firm in accordance to increase the skill and talent of the workers and to better their performance as well as productivity. People management is usually a subdivision of the human resource division which is obliged for giving rewards, hiring, compensation, training and development and several more practices. The following report is based on the company Easy Jetthat is low cost airline. The firm was founded on 18thmay 1988 having their headquarters of the firm was situated in Meyrin, Switzerland(Chaudhary,and et.al., 2021). This report will cover about information on leadership, management, training and development as well as talent management for the respective organisation. Moreover to it, it will also include the skills, behaviour and knowledge that are needed by the firm in accordance to increase the productivity and performance of the organisation. TASK Leadership and Management To become a effective effective leader it is very important for an individual to influence and motivate a person or group members in order to achieve the set objectives in a very effective manner. The process of management may be defined as planning, organizing, controlling and defining all the activities of the business in a very smooth manner.With the help of effective leadership and management an organisation can effectively achieve all the objectives. It is very important for a leader to select a appropriate leadership style because a leadership style directly the performance of the management within the company. The leaders of the organisation are responsible for dictating the culture of the organisation. Different types of leaders are present in the world which have different types of skill and knowledge and along with this different types of leadership styles has been followed by them. Te information related to the Lewin leadership style has been discussed below :- Lewin leadership style :- This style was introduced by the Kurt Lewin in 1939. The Lewin leadership style basically consist of three styles which name asAutocratic, democratic, and delegation styles. All
these styles has its own advantages and disadvantages. The three styles has been mentioned below :- Autocratic leadership style :-this leadership style is also known as authoritarian styles. The leaders who adopt this style known as authoritarian leaders in the company.The leaders who follow this style majorly set the timeline for carry out the task, goals are spell out by them and along with this decision has been taken by them without discussing with their colleagues or team members. Generally these leaders don't involve in the different activities of the business and employees who work under these leaders seen them as dictatorial leader. Democratic Leadership style:- the another name of this style is participative leadership style. Due to this style most of the leaders become successful in his life.Mostly this leadership style has been followed by all the leaders which help them to complete the task in a very effective manner(Adesola and Brennan, 2019). The leaders who follow this style generally express their ides and values to their employees and along with this also take the advice and suggestion from their employees in to make effective strategies and policies. As the final decision are in the hands of the leaders but they take part in the group activity due to which employees feel motivated and feel them as they have values in the organisation. Delegative leadership style :-the leaders of al across the globe call this style aslaissez faire leadership style. In this style the members or the individuals of the company are responsible for taking the decision within the company. The members of the company take the responsibility if making the policies and strategies for carry out the task in a very effective manner. In simple terms responsibility are in the hands of the group members. For carry out the objectives of the company complete freedom has been given to them. In relationto the Easy Jet, the leaders of the company must have to follow the democratic leadership style. This style help the employees of the company to improves their performance which ultimately reflects on the performance of the organization. By adoption this style the performance standard of the employees has also been increased. The leaders of the company must have to provide guide lines to their employees so that they can work within the company with utmost productivity.

Training and development plays an essential role in enhancing the performance of the business. The significance of conducting programme in context to the Easy jet business that are as follows - Training for new employees and responsibilities :-the training programme which are developed by the company like cross culture training programme helps the employees to perform the multiple role at the same time which ultimately enhance the productivity of the workers(Hofma, 2018). Along with the programmes which are developed for the employees help them to grab the opportunities which are present in front of them and prepare them to face the challenges and responsibilities.

Talent Management – It is essentially the expectation of the numerous of the workers that are needed in the company in order to make appropriate techniques to accomplish the goals of the firm. Talent management consist of all the practices that are operated by the Human resource divisional manager. Recruiting and hiring appropriate workers in accordance to the requirement of all the working division of the firm in order to fulfil the empty job vacancy of the firm and to enhance their skill is known as the essential duty of a person which is obliged for maintainingthe talent management in the organisation. As workers of the firm is also known as the essential assets and the support system of the firm (Elbaset,and Ata,2021). Talent management in the company assist the productivity and performance of the firm in the several ways and it is also very hard for the firm to retain their experts or top performers in the company. In case of the Easy Jet company, management needs to better their workers rate of retention in the company as they need to make appropriate techniques for it. The talent management method that better the productivity of the firm in case of the respective firm has been mentioned below briefly: Planning –This stage is the primary level of the process of talent management. In case of the Easy Jet company, the firm needs to understand the wants of the employees, their essential roles and job description as well has been evolutes and the plan for the employees has been given in accordance to the hiring of the workers. Attracting –This level is very much essential for the company Easy Jet in order to understand that they utilise the internal source of hiring or outside source in accordance to cover up the empty position in the organisation. Company can utilise various job portals like Hays, manpower and several more. They can also utilise various online

TrainingandDevelopment–Managementofrespectivefirmshouldhavethe appropriate knowledge and understanding regarding the development of the workers by providing them with the proper training. It has also concluded that respective company is following democratic leadership style in order to attain the long term success. Moreover to it, it has also concluded that management of the company needs essential skill, knowledge, and behaviour in accordance to better the productivity of the firm.
