INTRODUCTION
The for giving the description of techniques and procedure there is a term known as
people performance which can make sure worker puts firm value into application and working
to the best of their capability. The people administration is set of applications which bound end

can assist in enhancing the organisation performance:
Performance Appraisals- performance appraisals is a management tools which assist in
adding sole's goals with the firm common aims by using it in appropriate way. For
achieving the right output, workers have to look after that proposal process is with fair
and honesty and both side communication take place. In case of BUNI Travels the
proposals will assist in recognising people performance that fulfil the criteria or not. This
is not taken appropriately it decrease the confidence and there can be decrease in the
performance capability of firm (Donthu, Kumar, and Pattnaik, 2020).
360-degree feedback- This is basically having dealing with workers evaluation and

their desire and being happy by valuing their efforts and firm is need to achieve their basic needs.
There are the following role of employee well-being in enhancing performance and motivation:-
Loyalty of the employees with respect to the firm- The firm gives benefits to worker
related to health which is liked by him. The workers finds healthy working culture in firm
and also finds finds a large applaud in related to their work which make very easy for the
worker to maintain the quality of lifestyles. The worker being sincere towards their work
and the company. In the case of BUNI travels, it has workers which are faithful towards
their organisation and their work through which they gain some upper-hand of having
cheer up, motivation and another benefits which give them motivation for their work and
move for enhancement in performance (Pettinger, 2020).
