Apart from this, the self-awareness of mine will be significant in the design of the activities with precise focus on the societal values of the community, the cultural beliefs of the community and the cultural orientation of the community (Soria, Nobbe and Fink 2013). The improper design of the activities can be identified with the help of my self-awareness and that will also be instrumental in the correction of them. The importance of the self-awareness is observed to be in the effective management of the community services with a precise focus on meeting the requirements of the community and the various sections of the community. Activity 2: I have selected a friend of mine as the responsible person to provide the feedback for me. I want to receive feedback regarding my behaviour while communicating. I am ready to change my way of talking during the time when I got opposite point of view or during the incident when I am unable to convince the other person.

He commented that I get angry or frustrated in significantly easy manner while having a communication and during the time I am unable to convince something to the other person. I would like to consult with the counsellor and will try to undertake a rehabilitation and meditation program where I will be able to overcome my anger issues. At the same time, my improvement will not be based on the critique. Hence the production of the criticism will not help me at all. Along with that, negative criticism of my colleague’s work has the potential to make him or her angry and dissatisfied. People with strong individualistic mind-set has the possibility to get angry (Salmon, Walker and Stanton 2015). Considering an emotional colleague, the criticism of him or her work from my part, has the potential to make him or her feel low and the emotions has the possibility to get the better of him or her after the assessment. Apart from this, the colleague has the possibility to be significantly concerned with the techniques or the activities of him or her that got criticised. Hence the operational efficiency and the effectiveness of the team work will be in deep threat with the criticism of my colleagues.
