Mentioned firm is the worldafter the Wrigley’s. The origin of Cadbury was at Birmingham and cited organization wasfamous for the selling tea, coffee and drinking chocolates. Cadbury employs around 71,000employees who are giving their productive services whole around the globe (Knowles and et.al.,2014). The markets of cited organization has been expanded whole around the globe but themajor customer is in need of focus has been given on countries like UK, Ireland, USA, Australia,New Zealand and India. Moreover, there are various delicious products which are produced by the organizationsin order to satisfy the needs and demands of customers. Further, cited firm has immense marketand they are leading the competition and also giving stiff competition to their major competitorswho are working in same industry (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). The major focus of the ventureis to give same taste and quality which customers require. Manager of Cadbury plays animportant role in order to hire suitable employee for the particular post. It is important to makean effective base of employees who can work with best of the dedication to meet their individualand organizational goals and objectives (McKenzie and et.al., 2012). There are variousdepartments in the cited business venture and manager has to take care for each and everydepartment. If any vacancy exist in the venture then the manager has to prepare two importantdocument namely job description and specification statement. These statements are created inorder to find the best and suitable candidate for the particular post. It is necessary for themanager to recruit and select the best employees who can work with best of the dedication tomeet the mission and vision of the firm (Hendry, 2012).Cadbury can be seen as a power of humility where different individuals who comes fromvarious cultures gets best of the working environment. Earlier when organization was juststarted, owner tends to come on to the shop floor every morning and joins the game of footballevery day after the end of work. Women were also seen as a key of happy workforce. Cadburyfamilies used to support the women charities which are located in Birmingham right from theirinitialization.
