INTRODUCTIONPerson centred care refers to the manner of thinking and doing things which sees thepeople utilizing health and social care services as equivalent partners in designing, developingand monitoring care to ensure that it meets their needs. It is about treating an individual receivingcare in a manner they want to be treated (American Geriatrics Society Expert Panel on Person‐Centered Care and et.al., 2016). The chosen organisation for this report is NHS (National HealthService) which is a publicly funded healthcare organisation of United Kingdom. It wasestablished in a year 1948 and is one of the largest firm that offers free health-care services toeveryone including visitors. This report includes professional attributes and values of health andsocial care worker. It also involves ethical issues pertain while meeting care needs andlegislation and policies that govern care practices. At last, a health promotion campaign willdevelop and its effectiveness will be analyse in this report.TASK 11.1. Compare and contrast person centred care with one other model of care delivery.In deliver care there are majorly two models used that are as follows:Traditional model Person centred Model In traditional model care is focused ondiagnose the disability, defects by usingstandardized treatment. In traditional schedules and routines aredetermined by facility (Fazio and et.al.,2018.).In that professional individual takemajor decisions regarding treatmentsand decision making is centralized inthat system.Person centred model of care deliveryfocused on resident and their abilities,taste and preferences by valuingindividual needs. In that disability isconsider a characteristic.In that schedules and routines areflexible to match with preferences ofresidents.In that model residents with help ofsupport network can be able to takedecisions as per the need.

Discuss how to promote equality and diversity when working with service users.There are various ways to promote equality and diversity while working with serviceusers that are as follows:To implement equality and diversity in an organisation various policies should be framed andensure that whole organisation can be properly understood it. Give the opportunity to all peopleto complete their training session regarding diversity at time of their induction. Provide trainingprogram as per the changes occurs in legislation so that better results should be occurred. Incontext of NHS they plan each and every attribute in proper way to get right kind of output in anorganisation (Califf and et. al. , 2016.). They by promoting individual requirements bydeveloping tailored care plans and policies in better way. 1.3. Define the personal attributes required in Health and Social Care and how they informpractice.In health and social care some personal attributes require that are are as follows:Empathy:In a health and social care field an individual can be able to empathize or sympathize invarious kinds of difficult situation so that they can treat with other in better way.Flexibility:In health and social care an individual have to be flexible enough to come at any time ascover extra shift, stay at long time because that field demand it. All are the major attributes that require in health and social care and these practices help toinform by using these attributes in better way and by understanding their important in life of anindividual to get better results.1.4. Explain the concept of empathy with links to current theories.Theory of mind concerned with ability of an individual to understand other people andtheir belief that are vary from person to person that is cognitive part of empathy (Burch, Grayand Sharp, 2017). To understand it in well manner organisation have to link it with other majortheories of empathy that are simulation theory of empathy that captures or holds humansanticipation and helps to make sense regarding behaviour by evaluating mental processes to getright kind of output. It is not primarily a theory of empathy but denotes understanding of peopleto get results in better way.
