Concept of personal and professional development A PDP help individual to set career goals and objectives and also provide framework toattain it. Besides that, it is useful in improving required skills, knowledge and experience in individual for job role or profession. With that it is easy to continuous improvement in that. The main concept of PDP is to develop future skills. also,what work out what you want to achieve and how to achieve it. Discuss value of short term goals and give 3 examples These are goals which are stepping stones in attaining long term goals. Here, long goals are broken down into short ones so that it can be easily attained. The time period of these goals are usually, 1-3 months. They are having a great value is PDP. It is because it helps individual to move ahead in life and career easily by attaining these goals. 3 examples are : Working as per schedule Buying a new mobile Maintain discipline Discuss value of medium term goals and give 3 examples The medium goals are those which are developed on basis of long term goals. It is because they are related to both short and long term goals. Moreover, it increases individual morale and confidence to achieve long term goals. The time frame of goals are 6 months to 1 year. It makes easy to person to accomplish long goals by progressing ahead.
