Own development of an individual is to be called as personal and professional development. In
the development plan an individual to achieve his/her target sets a development plan. For
understanding the procedure of personal and development we have to understand that an
individual can developed him or her with the help of self-learning activity. The approaches
related to self-learning that an individual be able to maintain or develop his/her profession skills
as well as the personal skills.
We will set the targets for the future to get well familiar with personal and professional
development and to see whether it’s actually help an individual development and also about the
various aspects with the help of which an individual can develop his/her skills whether its
personal or professional. We would also get help regarding that is there any transferable skills
which would help the individual to develop the personal and professional life at an individual
level. We would also see the problems which are faced by an individual in the development of
his or her personal as well as professional skills. It also helps in understanding about the role
which is played by the time management in the development of personal and professional skills.

The issues related to labor turnover are the challenges which are faced by the Hilton Hotel
London Heathrow so, in the context of this issue the main reason behind it is the communication
gap between the employees of the Hotel or we can say that the communication is not effective in
the Hotel.
As we know that communication is such an important part of any organization as it plays a key
role in any of the organization without communication the organization would not be able to
survive in the market. It is being so important for the organization that the employees should
have proper knowledge about the software which is used in the organization for making proper
use of that software which an employee can use only after familiar with that software and it
could be only with help of communication in the organization. (Bourner & Boud, 2010)
An effective communication should developed by the management of Hilton Hotel London
Heathrow in the organization. The staff of the hotel should have a freedom to communicate with
the senior staff if is there any problem in the organization as the problems can be solved with the
help of effective communication. If there is not having effective communication in the
organization than the staff of the Hotel Hilton would not be able to work in the organization as it
may cause the chances of leaving the organization by the staff. (HO, 2012)
So this is what the reason that there must be an effective communication in the Hotel Hilton
London Heathrow so that the organization would be able to know the reason behind the leaving
the organization. For the development of the effective communication in the organization the
hotel must have to develop interpersonal skills with the employees in the organization. It would
help the employees to feel free to ask queries among the staff. Communication skills and the way
to handle the situation has to be so perfect which leads to get a proper employeement to the
organistion. Communication have so much of variations regarding communicating with
customers, to co employeers, co workers, other staff, reception and so on. Each of the department

There are lots of things which are unnecessary in our daily life which are just wasting our time so
to manage the time it is being so important to remove unnecessary tasks which we done in our
daily routine to reduce the waste of time. It’s is being necessary in today’s scenario to use time in
an effective way as it is the important in each and every organization. with eleminating
unnecessary tasks from the Hilton hotel London Heathrow will fuction smoothly and the
employees are also working in a effective way. Instead of wasting the time on socialmedia and
other no cooperative plateforms, doing some cooperative work is far better.(Bresman &
Cunningham, 2011)

as on the coordination in the organization to solve the issues in the context of the organization of
hospitality industry. We also have to develop leadership style in an effective way as it helps in
making a different from others and also helps in making the healthy relationships between the
superior as well as in the subordinates. In this we also conclude that how the time management
helps in making the organization effective and have effective team work which helps in the
completion of the work on time in an effective way.
