awareness, values, goal-setting in
context to education, relationship or
can be for self development.

My dream job is to be a Human resource
manager in the multinational
company as human resource is the
department that is responsible for
hiring the potential employees for an
specific job role.

As I have completed my graduation from the reputed collage and now
I am planning to do the post graduation with the specialization in
human resource so that I can get my dream job as to be human
resource manager in the multinational company. My career plan is
firstly I will apply in the local companies to seek the learning and
experience so that in can add-on my experience and apply for the
big brand

Dynamic thinking: I am the one who can think will all the
aspect that include personal and professional life in which I
can think with both the aspect. This will help me taking major
decision and also leads to understand the consideration of the
different situation like I can handle the various changes in the
operational activities.

Problem-solving: I can analyse the problem and take the corrective
action with the consideration of solving the specific problem. There
are various conflicts in the work place among the employees. I am
a good at observation that why I can analyse the problem and their
reason and take the reasonable step so that problem get resolved so
that peace in the operation can be retain and as human resource
manager this is the duty of mine to solve the conflicts form the
workplace.

There are various challenges that I have faced during the personal and
professional development. These challenges will help in enhancing
my skills by taking the right approach and corrective decision on
them. I have faced he challenge that I am not good at team working
then I have joined the various activities that help tech me how to
work with in the group for attaining the common goal and of that I
overcome and coordinate with my teammates by maintain good
relationship that will also help in performing my job as the human
resource manager.

Conclusion
From this PPT, it is concluded that personal and professional
development play an important in the enhancement of the
individual. PPD plan has been made for the career
development in which my dream job is be a human resource
manager and for that there are certain skills that helps me in
achieving my dream job.
