Royal garden hotel is a five star lodge, which is situated in United Kingdom. They are proving
their services to their clients in across the world. Being a sales executive, it is essential for me to
determine own skills and competencies (Moon, 2013). Additionally, develop some opportunities,
thus person can meet their current and future needs. Manager of company can formulate an
effective personal and professional development plan. If there is any issues at workplace then it
has to be resolve immediately. Employer can develop some strategies, therefore they can
accomplish their work within specific time span.

thus I can attain goals as well as targets of Royal Garden Hotel, through utilizing SMART
objectives (Bayar, 2014). Specific: Aims which are set by manager has to be particular and understandable by
everyone who are working in organisation. Measurable: It is must to evaluate goals to know its effectiveness and success of firm. Attainable: Objectives have to be achieved within provided time span. Realistic: Targets must be real not fictitious.

company. It can provide impact in working style of a person and their efficiency. To eliminate
this kind of problem manager can create a committee, who will look into this issue very seriously

punished for this.
Discrimination: It is essential for an employer to never do this form of act in
organisation. Distinction can be based on gender, colour, race, culture and so on. It can affect
