INTRODUCTION Professional and personal development is defined as a constant process that is designed with in a formal manner. The main aim of this process is to accomplish organisational goals and objective in decided time period. Personal and professional development process also leads an individual to enhance and input more efforts to achieve organisation goals. Moreover, it is a learningprospectthroughwhichworkingefficiencyofengagedworkforceisboostby implementing process in their roles(Olsen, 2015). With formulate of right personal and professional development improvisation is monitored among skills, experience and knowledge of individuals that help a person to stand different from others. Moreover, this report is based on Amazon which is a multi-national E-commerce organisation and it highlights on reflective journal that contribute in employability and leadership skill which is used in organisational process. MAIN BODY Kolb’s learning style- This refers to a learning theory which is developed by David Kolb and respective style or learning model is published in the year 1939. With the Kolb’s learning style it is identified that with adequate path which is followed by the terms of increasing skills and capabilities to improvise on the terms continuous basis. This is also important that according to the selected learning style an individual learn from its past experience through observing past as well as present performance. It results that an individual is able to count and evaluate the changes which are done or required in overall personality of a person. Along with this Kolb learning style is based on four different stages of learning which is recognised as an internal cognitive method. It also include the acquisition which is implement by organisation though flexible process among all situations in order to develop and implement new concept which improves learning process of organisation(McLeod and Julia, 2014). The term learning process in which knowledge is generated and developed through the transformation of experience. Along with this by study and employability skill it is easy to make career with the professional skill and this requirements helps with working among well organisation. Some of them is defined as below:
Deviating-The term learning relates with feeling and watching that is used to learn different things which are looking forward and work according to context of various prospect. This also refers to a sensitive learning under which there are various things are learned by me. It also refers while watching and performing with imaginative thinking to solve all problems. Along with this I viewed among concrete situation for analysing different point of view (Markham, Gentile and Graham, 2017). Therefore, with the adequate information it is easy to develop, evaluate and extract the information related with a specific topic. Assimilating-This style is associated with the observing and thinking preference that is served to the management for working with logical approach(Manca and Ranieri, 2014). Along with this concise, ideas, concept that is more vital for analysing and collecting knowledge to implement them in practical manner. I am able to understand the large range of information which is used to organise and interpret information with logical and transparent format.
