INTRODUCTIONPersonal and professional development is a process of developing the skills and knowledgewhich help individual to work effectively with job responsibility, that help in order to attain theirgoal and objective with firm target and aim. Personal development is that what skills andknowledge is required to accomplish result in their job and in their real life. Although it leads toimprove talent and potential. Professional development is that which involves developingyourself in various role and make them to understand the job you do and it can be improved. Italso includes the thing which help in enhancing necessary skills and such help in carrying out therole as efficient way (Moon, 2013). Both together help individual to develop themselves in rightcontext and make effective to increase their performance level which directly help in attaininggoal and objective. The report will discuss about development of individual with help of varioussources in right manner. It will include 2 development goals and matching industry job withdevelopment activity and any specific activity which is needed to develop individual. Task The learning and development of individual should always be there, just because thishelps in increasing performance and make individual to perform in better way which make themto complete their task or work on time. Learning is a continuous process and can be useful forlifelong experiences. Development program help individual to learn skills, knowledge andabilities which make them more powerful to perform in better manner. Developing many thingsin me for my professional career make to work in right context. As there are various kind ofpeople who have different kind of skill and knowledge in them which make people differentfrom each other (Olsen, 2015). There is a style that is Kolb's learning cycle, in such every kind ofpeople fix and this also help trainers to know which kind of person it is. There are four style ofKolb's learning those are (Concrete experience, Reflective observation, Abstractconceptualisation and Active experimentation.) all of these four styles help them to know whichkind of person it is. According to such style under any of such I will be suited as with that trainerwill be going to train me to improve my strength and make me to work on my weakness so that Ican make it strength of mine.
