Before finalize the strategy for learning it is very essential for individual to be well informed about its own strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. ALDI, a leading grocery retailer based in UK who deals in variety of products is taken under this report for study. Various approaches of self managed learning and its benefits to both individual and enterprise is all detailed under this report. Further, effective time management strategies and communication in variety of style at difference enterprise level is all mentioned in this. Main methods to encourage lifelong learning include the following:Self evaluation: SWOT analysis of individual guide him in develop and effective learning plan and achieve maximum output. This help person in well known abouthis own personal strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. For example:Strengths are good motivation skills and learning ability”.Weakness are “ short tempered, rude behavior.”Opportunities are “ lot of opportunities of growth”.Threats are “recession”.Continuous learning: This learning refer to that which an individual learns from real life events and experiences. This can be used by individuals, groups or even by enterprises. Continuous learning is very essential for an individual to better achieve its set targets and goals. In case of learning of employees managers can use help of coaching, training programs and coaching.Effective leadership: Leadership is all about the quality of influence others.
