It also includes all learning opportunities and skills which can help to meet theorganizational goals and objectives in the most effectual manner (The difference betweenpersonal and professional development, 2014). This report is based on the self-managed learningand enhance lifelong learning in personal development which assist in achieving organizationalgoals. It is a best technology in world to gain more knowledgeto improve their skills and personality.In another word individuals use different styles to improve their skills and knowledge like visual(pictures, symbols), Aural (musical things), Verbal (with the help of words), Physical (bodysign).1.2 Lifelong learning in personal and professional contextsLifelong learning is a process of personal analysis of an individuals which can maintaingood confidence and also improve their communication skills.
