According to Moorley and Chinn (2015), the process in which any single person
utilizes all the facilities and resources around him/her for acquiring data and knowledge is
called self-managed learning. Self-managed learning enables individuals to achieve higher

Cullingford, 2017). Since there are the huge number of resources for any individual for
learning; the learner had to be specific and focused for his or her target or goal also he or she
will need to break the top priority goals to short-term goals. Short-term goals have to be
prioritized for their order of execution by the individual. Time management for these goals is

studied as:-Observation: At managerial levels, the work should be observed and studied then
distributed and sub distributed amongst the workers. This entire observation is a manager's
task in any organization.Internet: Today internet is the vast and huge source of information and data, which
can be used & researched for learning (Grima-Farrell, 2015). Internet helps in managing tasks
in the industry also useful for keeping workers updated and motivated.Planning: For personal learning, one needs to make short and long-term plans.
