Personal development is a process in which an individual work on their skills and abilities to
enhance. PD supports a person to sustain in such a competitive environment so that their
professional context would be encouraged. Professional development is identified growth obtain
by a person at their working place to gain a higher position. This project is based on personal
and professional development for Travelodge staff individual and managers so that management
sustain at desire market world. In this project, aspects will be going to define about self-managed
learning in context for lifelong development. It will also define the responsibility of a person in a
personal and professional context. PPD plan will be going to aid in improving skills and abilities
for continue review of skills and abilities to increase potential.

Introduction: Own learning is beneficial for a person so that they could gain and determine
growth in the near future. In such an aspect, a major concept gets evaluated which is self-
managed learning. This concept stated that self-managed learning is a process through a person
enhance their working potential and learn various aspects from a diverse range of sources like
communication, seminars etc. Travelodge, staff personnel’s need to utilize this aspect properly
for enhancing their learning. Various approaches will be going to evaluate which facilitate and
support managing self-managed learning properly.
Main Body: Self-management of learning is essential for an individual as this consider as only
way through which lifelong determination get done. Self-managed learning facilitates an option
so that each individual can enhance their ability to sustain at desire world and this learning also
promotes their personal and professional development. At the workplace, self-management of
learning is must through which decision making and analytical skills tend to improvise
(Andryukhina, et. al., 2016). Following are certain approaches of self-managed learning for staff
associates of Travelodge so that their abilities to perform activities improvise:
Internet: One of an identical source to learn things is the internet which facilitates a
person to learn so many things. This gets done from a diverse range of sources like Bing,
Google etc. All these search engines are helpful for modern world individual to manage
