INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is a term that explained the way individuals and
organisations take several steps or key actions in order to learn new skills and capabilities with
an aim to meet desired goals. There are numerous benefits of development of personal and
professional development such as it helps in improving knowledge, skills and capabilities so that
different task can be performed. Individual through PPD is able to plan key action that it needs to
take in order to develop specific skills in future circumstances. This report contain evaluation of
my key skills, strength and weakness on the basis of which PPD is made to find future action that
can be used to enhance skills to get growth and success in future professional career.
TASK 1
SWOT analysis
The swot analysis will be analysing various parameters within my functional goals and
skills, possessing of various technical arenas for growth of varied paradigms through which i
will be analysing longer scale growth determinants within my academics performances. The
following discussed factors can be analysed based on varied personal experiences and larger
work related skills:
Strengths: Higher education and performance enhancement parameters can be achieved
within academic horizons where i have analysed interpersonal skills, research skills to be
highly strong where there has been high active growth within these domains for larger
efficacy goals. I have also analysed that while working within teams i was able to
communicate smartly, also potentially focus on building new scale dynamic capabilities
by developing dynamic vision and also potentially working on my horizons. I was able to
research on various topics, use latest innovative machinery and new productive
machinery where there are varied aspects analysed on which my academic performance
can be improved further. The strength to use advanced new scale technology enabled to
research reliable and latest tools within my projects , also to govern high grade focus for
keeping up with synergy of new quest horizons widely. I have also practically found that
new learning theories of communication skills helped me to enhance my working
horizons smartly, communicate varied goals and expertise among my supervisors and

team mates which will enable me to attain higher professional success. As interpersonal
skills my strength, i shall be able to widely focus on keeping up informative goals
efficacy built on for new quest horizons where there is scope to leverage larger functional
horizons widely, which will also technically build up varied opportunities (Fearon, van
Vuuren and Nachmias, 2019).
Weaknesses: While working for the projects within my studies i have analysed various
parameters of weakness in my performances where team working skills, time
management skills, decision making skills and problem solving skills are my weaknesses
where i have to practise further widely. My team working skills and time management
skills were not proper within projects completion where i have to add more efficiency,
and also productively focus for keeping up efficacy highly. The decision making skills
within various group team work were less highly advanced and also i have to focus
further on problem solving skills which has to be worked on. There has been also analysis
developed on within my performances where supervisors also enabled me to widely also
focus towards my weaknesses, where technically i have to focus for gaining specific
functional standards services.
Opportunities: I have analysed that within my professional performance and academics
where there are various functional parameters for growing innovation, creating functional
growth within varied aspects and quest building operational paradigms. I have to also
widely focus on building my weaknesses by gaining training from my supervisors and
teachers where this will enable me to learn new metrics within various domains. By
attending various seminars and training seminars, i will be able to build new exploration
goals within new scenarios which will deliver wider functional sincerity within my skills.
There are determinants such as building competitive skills with my strengths where
working on new projects with stronger interpersonal skills and technology advanced,
research skills it will promote new functional goals within my larger target arenas. I have
also varied learning skills such as building new quest learning scenarios, where training
will enable me to deliver quick growth of larger efficacy goals within varied scenarios
on keen parameters (Gledson, Band Dawson, 2017.).
Threats: The threat of weak skills such as less diversified team management skills,
problem solving and decision making skills will negatively impact my academic
