INTRODUCTION
In the present context personal and professional development (PPD) is increasing
significant aspect that focuses on defining objectives and policies that pursue the learning among
the individuals (Achua and Lussier, 2012). However, the study is commonly used by the
professionals and mentors that assist in enhancing the skills as well as individual learning.
Therefore, the main objective behind PPD is that it assist the individual in improving their
performance within the organization. The present report mainly focuses on understanding
different concepts that are associated with the personal ad professional development that mainly
include self managed learning, different learning styles etc. however, the report will also assess
and develop wide range of skills and abilities that supports an individual in promoting their
future career development.

the organization. In the hospitality sector, computerised systems have been used to store the
record and data of guests to have visited their hotel. Thus, this work based problem affect my
working ad result in gaining negative impact on Hilton hotel.

the priorities. For instance; manager must prepare a chart of all the activities that manager have
to perform in a day. I must use prioritizing time management strategies so that I can easily
manage my time more efficiently.
Delegation of task: It has been known that the different employees and professional faces issues

necessary for organisation to allot task as per the capacity of person. It will reduce the stress and

Thus, for this I have gained organizational and academic qualities that support me in gaining
adequate knowledge ad information regarding different organizational culture that exists in the

amend technical skills that support me in using ICT devises within the workplace. As in the
