INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is defined as the procedure through which whole
organizations as well as all individuals indulge into the process of learning in order to meet all
kind of challenges as well as achieve goals and objectives. It is mainly associated with
development needs and wants of all individuals as well as groups. In context with professional
development it includes enhancing and developing in terms of own role so that job can be
properly understood and improvements can be done. In terms of personal development it
includes all kind of activities which enhance person’s abilities as well as the level of potential
which would help in building up human capital and achieve all dreams. The below report is
based on reflective journal and a presentation on the basis of field of professional interest. It is
based on the area of marketing. The reflective journal is based on the achievement of
employability and study skills in relation with time management, team work and so on.

In context with continuous professional development it is the most important thing which
helps in enhancing career growth. There are various types of elements which are needed in
achieving career goals like research skills, communication, team work and many more. In
relation with my achievement of all employability and study skills various things which
contributed for my achievement. The report is based on the Gibbs reflective cycle which is
further been explained as below:-
 Description:- While analyzing my situation throughout my career path I chose the way of
doing digital marketing. I made a decision that I would enhance my career in this field of
interest only. When I was searching for job in the field of marketing I determined that
basic skills which are needed is in relation with communication skills and it is the major
strength of mine. With the help of doing effective communication over all social media it
helped me in the field of digital media also. My experience was really good in digital
marketing because effective level of team work was there in all kind of activities. I
participated in the activity of my university in my target was to promote different
products and services. In relation with this, we expected that everything would go in a
very smooth manner. My role was to do online promotions and on the other hand my
other coworkers’ role was to help me in overall tasks and generate effective ideas. My
