Personal development is consists of the activities that are develop capabilities of person
or potential, make human capital, make possible employability or increase the life quality as well
as realization of the dreams or aspirations. The Personal development may the take place over
course of entire lifespan based on an individual. This is also the lifelong procedure that support
to student or any person to assess their life goals or up skill to the fulfil their potential. It is
allows them to be the more proactive as well as take charge of their actions. Student may not
always the reach their objective or goals but they lead more fulfilling based life because their
purpose is more defined (Hildebrand, 2018). Professional development refers to the each
training, qualifications or education that the person needs to be become more successful in
their career in well manner. It's not the secret that various jobs needs effective or several kinds
of skills. Even if the staff currently has important skills, They may require additional skills in
future time period. Continuing professional based development is essential because it is ensures
to person continue to be a competent in their profession or career. It is an in progress as well

In context with the continuous professional based development it is most essential thing
which support in increasing the career growth. There are different types of factors which are
required in enhancing career objectives or goals such as research skills, team work,
communication or many others. In the terms of my achievement of all the employability or study
skills as well as different things which are contributed basis for my achievement. This report is
based on Gibbs reflective cycle that is the further been described as below:-
 Description:- While the examining my circumstances throughout the my career path I se-
lect way of doing the better in management field. I made the decision that the I would
boost my career in management area as per interest only. When the I was exploring for
job in area of management, I was determined that the basic skills that are required in the
relation with effective communication skills or management skills it is the key strength of
mine at every place. With support of doing effectual communication or skills based of

management at every place, it assists me in field of management also. My past experience
was really great in the management because effectual stage of group work was there is in
all types of activities or assessments. I was take parts in activity of college life in my tar-
get based were to the promote various goods or services as well as manage the team with
providing best instructions to them. In relation with the this, we estimated that everything
would be go in the very smooth way. My side role was to manage teams or on another
hand my other team members’ role was to support me in the overall assessments as well
as get best ideas or thoughts. My strength of management or communication with the an-
other people supported me a lot during the my professional experience, also helped me to
boost knowledge. As the professional, it is most essential that each strength must be
present so that there is no further problems get occur. When the my career just a got be-
gin in management I faced lots of challenges also because the it was totally new for that
the how will I build effectual usage of skills that are relate to the management as well as
what is will be result of management area. My experience was so good because the as
profession or my subject of interest management is the best Criteria. By a looking at my
background of education, it was entirely within subject of management and because of
this interest of mine was also in this profession.
 Feelings:- My experience in the professional development based I felt a very glad while
doing management activities or also increasing group work skills. The main important
skill or talent that I was realized was group based work. By the boosting my career suc-
cess towards the management field I had to perform many of assessments or all situation
was diverse on regular basis. When situation got increase I felt the amazing that it will be
absolutely boost my career. At begin phase it was the biggest challenge for me The rea-
son is there are huge numbers of people who are require to get such kind of information
or knowledge. Before selecting this management field I was a little confused that is
whether I select field of management or not but the after this circumstances I felt my in-
terest was best for my path of career as the it would support me in increasing my employ-
ability based skills towards the my professional basis development. When I examined my
development in the career concept there were lots of other persons who were have
thoughts that the it will be very tricky condition for my career in management area. An
individual can the develop their profession based on their subject of a interest. So that,
with a respect to this throughout my knowledge or experience of my profession or career
path, my feeling was optimistic because I was achieving growth or fulfilled each the tar-
gets based on the best group work as well as networking based skills. It really supported
me during the my career, when I begin communicating with team of people jointly it as-
sist me in area of management.
