Personal skills against professional
standards and organisational objective
According to my research I found that, a business always tries
to employ the good workforce and provide them a training to
ensure that the overall objectives of an organisation can be
achieved. To obtain these results an enterprise will select a
SMART theory such as specific, measurable, achievable,
realistic and time bound. Leadership skills, team work, time
management etc. are the characteristics that are required by
the staff of a company that helps in good transmission and
written skills.
