manner by many people for specific purpose and that is to grow continually whether it is in academic or
employment career.
 The current presentation will be based on chosen professional filed and that is human resources.
 The study will present description about HR field, explain career planning and maps.
 It will justify qualities and their connection with possible career paths as well as define challenges, which can be
overcome with key competencies.
