High level of management:
 In this communication flow from a higher level in an organization to a lower level.
 In this level of management communication can be done in appropriate manner with high level
of management employee through email, telephone, etc.
 Manager used to transmit the information to the employees at lower level through emails.
 There work is to communicate for many purpose through email for providing feedback on
employee performance.
 For instructing the employees regarding their job and also for highlighting the area of
attention.
Middle level of management:
 Communication that flows to a middle level in a Paramount travel hotel.

 Employees at high level share any kind of information through phone call, notice and meeting.
 In this level of management employees are responsible for carrying out work given by higher
level of management.
 They carry out effort of strategy formulated by top level.
 All work to middle level employees are delegated by high level of management.
Lower level of management:
 Employees at this level carry out their daily work and instruction given by middle level in hotel.
 Communication done with lower level of people through notices employees at this level can
freely communicate with each other related to work.
 Employees at this level provide service to customer they need to communicate with consumer
through phone call.
