INTRODUCTION
Being the assistant manager at Paramount Travel Hotel Park Royal, I have
explored that company is going through with number of problems.
One of the biggest problem which hotel is facing is related with high amount of
employee turnover.
This issue is occurring because of the presence of number of other problems
such as low employee moral, excessive workload and low employee
motivation etc.
These all things are affecting customer service of hotel.
Thus, this presentation will entail the way of improving the conditions of
enterprise.

4.2 Communicating in variety of style and at
different level
It is very essential that solution for improving services of hotel need to be
communicated to all the employees who are working at varied levels. The
detailed explanation about the same is depicted in below:
Top level employees: The top level employees of hotel can be
communicated about the assessed solution to problem through business
meeting.
Middle level employees: Through email
Lower level employees: Through notice board and email
