INTRODUCTION
Reflection is considered as a practice that is helpful in representing the individual actions
and also involved them towards the continuous learning and their overall development. As it
describes there strength and weaknesses and on that disease individuals find their way of
improvement to develop their skills (Kroll and Dussias, 2017). This reflection is based on the
personal and professional skills that must be present in an individual considering their
employability and study skills. For this reflection employability criteria is considered which
carry many skills such as communication, research, ICT, teamwork, problem solving and time
management. In order to conduct research Gibbs reflective cycle is used which step by step
describe the feelings and perspective of individual and their experience during the specific event.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs reflective model
Gibbs reflective model is helpful in motivating people concerning their self analysis and
reflection of themselves in systematic manner that leads to enhance their performance. Along
with this it is useful in evaluating good and bad side of decisions that are taken by the employer.
This reflection is done on the basis of my skills and performance concerning my employability
skills that are just by other individuals (Markham, Gentile and Graham, 2017). In this context
prominent steps are discussed as:

Description: It is useful in offering the prominent description of the situation including
what is happening, what the outcomes are and who is involved in the activities (Sangster, 2017).
As this description is based on my performance and skills which I perform in front of my
employees and organisation that is judged by my subordinates. For this is described my current
post as a leader and according to this communication research, teamwork, time management,
problem solving and ICT are the skills which must present in me e to effectively deal with the
organisational conditions changes and employees behaviour. In this context I personally feel that
I am quite good in research, time management, problem solving and ICT skills as I can easily
manage my whole team and Associates and motivate themselves and effective manner to work
collectively towards the achievement of prominent objectives.
Feelings: It describe the feelings and emotions of other people which day experience as a
reaction of my skill. The feelings generate because of my reaction and might positively and
negatively influence my subordinates and their performance (Dressler and et. al., 2018). In
regard with this I as a leader quite weak in communication and team working that lead to this
balance my team and its overall performance and can demotivate them regarding their
performance. Reason behind is that my and clear communication that does not develop
transparency among me and my subordinates which leads to decrease their performance and
moral. Because of this employees feel quite bad as they cannot do anything in this procedure and

I also feel nervous for my subordinates because of the lack of communication and coordination
among us. In this manner many individuals feel has it and face difficulty to share their feelings in
relation with this my role is to motivate themselves by sharing my experience with them and
asking prominent questions regarding the event.
Evaluation: Here, individual ask regarding their experience of the business situation that
is classified under two sections either good or bad which is just with the help of many questions
including what went well and what did not go well and what was your overall contribution
(Snowdon, 2018). Here I did not feel that every employee is satisfied with my skills and
performance as there are some skills in which I am weak like communication and team working
which directly impacts the overall performance of my subordinates and can create confusion and
conflicts among them that leads to delay in productivity. Meanwhile because of my good skills
including research, time management, problem solving and ICT my team and Associates are
very organised and sorted with their work that leads to decrease conflict among them and it
develop their overall motivation. Lastly conflict can become major risk for the team performance
and it arise because of lack of communication as employees are not clear about their
performance and what is expected from them.
Analysis: This step is considered as the self analysis as it offers suitable chance to make
sense about what is happening in the surroundings and event. It includes suitable questions
concerning my knowledge and skills that makes sense in the activity (Markkanen and et. al.,
2020). In order to get work done with my subordinates at the starting level I need to give them
suitable chance to determine their strength and weaknesses as well. On the grounds of my
viewpoint experience that I am quite good in problem solving, Team Management, Research as
well and lacking in communication and team working which does not cope up with my strength
and I need to work ok on these skills to develop them for the sake of myself and employees too.
As due to my weak skills the productivity of employees and performance get negatively
influenced and tends to develop negativity in the mind. Along with this, to make things and
prominent manner I should opt belbin team rule theory which is useful for me to delegating task
to my subordinates as work classification comes from the prominent strengths of individual.
Conclusion: This step is helpful in providing confusion regarding the things that happen
during the event and also give suitable justification in order to improve the result in future. For
this, I need to summaries my learning and knowledge in order to highlight the prominent changes

which I want in my personality. Along with this, by analyzing my overall skills it is concluded
that I am good in in time management and problem solving that leads to organized my team in
prominent way. In addition to this to develop other skills including communication and team
working in which I am lack and need proper improvement by taking feedbacks from my top
authority in supervisors and also taking participate in prominent seminars to develop my skills.
Action plan: This step depicts that I need to improve and enhance my skills in unique
manner to survive in future conditions and situations (Harerimana, 2018). For this, it is quite
helpful to differentiate my activities as here I did not develop any plan regarding the
enhancement of my skills but make sure that it gets improved in prominent way by developing
my learning skills. In relation with this, I determined that at the next time when I work in a group
I should develop my communication and team working skills to make things clear and
transparent among team Associates that leads to develop coordination and cooperation in the
behavior of team members and all of them possible because of developing and maintaining good
relations with Team Associates.
