INTRDOCUTION
Employability and study skills are an integral part of student academic and
professional career which enables person to foray in his life while seeking for new work
opportunities. The report brings forward various topics and scenarios which are learnt while
working towards project, and it brings forward reflective cycle where the phases analyse
persons experience. Communication skills-verbal and written, working in group team
working skills and effective communication skills where paradigms such as strong
analytical skills along with research skills to develop long term working with high ethics
were the few skills which I have learnt within completing this project. The experience
developed my vision and understanding to bring on dynamic working styles for
technical efficiency, pertaining onto new fundamentals and paradigms through which I
will get high assistance to build my strong career within academic and professional.
MAIN BODY
The project made me underwent various academic learning skills and experience to
construct information, data in proper way through which it made me acknowledge how to
improve further my professional career. Employability skills and study acknowledged me to
further bring forward various scenarios of rational learning, platforms where there is synergy
of optimistic growth made me work progressively in my career to larger extent. Kolb
reflective cycle is an innovative reflection model through which various phases are described
under analysis which enables to explain experiences under systematic analysis (Abas and
Imam, 2016).

Concrete experience: While writing the project i went under systematic learning procedure
and skills enhancement procedure where i researched a lot on various websites and online
platforms to get reliable and relevant information for my project. This made my
communication skills and analytical skills become highly strong with practices and
formulation of presentation also developed the synergy to learn new practical experience. At
this phase concrete experience cherished under working for the presentation and project i
realised my strengths, weaknesses and learning potentialities through which i can work more
progressively towards the set benchmarks. I analysed that communication skills, research
abilities are my strengths through which higher performance can be developed on
professional career growth which will also relatively develop my working potentialities
through working arena (Antikainen and Valkokari, 2016).
Concrete experience towards project completion made me realize how various new
fundamentals can train me to gain new paradigms for higher rational experience and gaining
of potentialities into professional career. The process made me realise various arenas of
training which need to be worked on with planning and effective learning platforms. Concrete
experience phase will enable me in gaining larger work experience, leverage more
determinants to gather higher relative outcomes and technically be always advanced and
innovative to share my outcomes and progressive ideas. Concrete experience will enable me
to gain more higher quality working decisions where technical viability will be higher, ill
make sure to keep more progressive working patterns and keep record of all learning
experienced which will built my target effectively into future and look for more higher
working avenues.
Reflective observation: At this phase i evaluated various kills and training need where i need
to progress towards gaining higher position and reach onto relevant information which made
the base of my learning scenario. Reflective scenario observation helped me to observe
various skills such as use of ICT skills, team work band time management skills through
which i can develop new terrains of work and progressive culture into my project working. I
observed that ICT skills are an important component of research skills through which i
developed various paradigms onto my professional careers, where there will be training
programs which i can look upon for developing my functional horizons on larger paradigms.
I observed that i need to work towards making team working skills highly more functional
with experience through which i can develop my interpersonal skills and potentialities
through which experience will be more evocative to turn it into my strengths. This skill will
bring forward new technical abilities observation of which made my working horizon more

functional and practically more reflective to new pertaining units (Inman, Rojas and
Williams, 2018).
These experiences of gaining new skills through which i can develop more reliable
work performance towards my professors where experience and continuous practice will
enable me to develop more technical progress. The leadership and entrepreneurship which i
learned from my project are one of the most important skills which i have observed through
my working horizon which will not only make me relatively develop new skills and
progressive work platforms for higher working parameters. Reflective observation will
enable me in learning from my peers and colleagues who are working together with me
where rationally focus will be towards developing new fundamentals and technical
advancement onto new steps which will bring more efficiency into my functions and gather
higher goodwill attainment onto larger working fundamentals (van Vuuren, McLaughlin, and
Nachmias, 2019).
Abstract conceptualisation: At this phase i analysed the concepts of working with high
creativity, innovation funnel where i communicated my ideas and functional strengths with
my team mates effectively on long term basis. I analysed that various paradigms i need to
functionally develop within me such problem solving skills which is one of the most
important demand to work in professional career with new functional positions and higher
technical demands of gaining new paradigms of working operations. These skills are not only
fundamental important to pertain with more experience and training towards will enable me
to foray in large work opportunities but it will also make me learn working under contingent
dynamic changing scenarios. Abstract conceptualisation also made me relatively draw
attention to practical working scenarios where training and continuous programming will
enable me to work more effectively and target higher performance levels onto world levels.
The working on projects made me conceptually analyse the relative importance of working
under pressure with strong problem solving skills, innovative idea building synergy through
which my target performance can be achieved in future performances (Jackson and Oliver,
2018).
The report also potentially brought forward new funnel ideas of creativity, innovative
thinking capacities and functional position which will enable me in gaining new ideas and
collaborate new skills more technically. Report of project and assignment will also
technically bring forward new concepts, ideas among my group mates which will enable me
to prove my skills more functionally. Active conceptualisation will promote me and motivate

me to work technically more developed and function with new skills for brainstorming
sessions and to engulf more practices through which i will develop more functionality into
work into my profession. These abstract conceptualisation will keep me more focused to
bring in more development and trained working criteria’s with high professionalism and
trained developed working scenario for higher progressive technical efficiency. The whole
procedure of conceptualising my new ideas and framework will make me fathom
innovatively and bring forward various new practical ideas to leverage higher training
periods. There will be high recognition of new skills through which i can look forward to
productive outputs, work towards building more fundamental steps through which large
progression can be achieved onto larger extents (Lee,Yap and Ling, 2016).
Active experimentation: At this phase i will actively experiment with new skills gained from
the procedure, functionally target more rational periods and learn among new skills and
parameters through which i will be more focused towards my professional career. Active
experimentation will broaden my active mindset for smoothening up my functional
performance among team members and gain more productive outlook towards life. These
skills and training platforms, through which I will be more technically advanced towards my
working records, strongly perform high fundamentals in life and career progressive steps. At
this phase i will actively evolve my skills in practical experimentation of communication with
professors, assignments completion and functionally bringing forward the learning from
various projects and targets through which i will be building new professional working
progression in my life and career. Active experimentation being the most practical and talent
enhanced phase under focus through which i will be developing new chains of high
development and rational thinking capacities (Rowe and Zegwaard, 2017).
At this functional step i plan to reinforce my experience learned among the
procedures and training of various skills which made me experienced and proactive towards
various decisions of life in my professional career. The last phase will make me program my
strengths onto larger working arenas, where functional work efficiency will make me trained
and practically strong with the pace of time for higher working avenues into my professional
work experience. At this phase i will look forward to take active participation into new
seminars and lectures , where training and work practice will make me surely technically
efficient for larger working avenues into time. At this phase i plan to keep high participation
among brainstorming sessions and train myself with vest targets and functional working
parameters through which creative thinking capacity is broaden into my experience.

CONCLUSION
This report can be concluded with the explanation that reflective writing enables to
get proper working parameter work record, analysis of skills learnt and experience which can
be explained with various phases and functional operations. The report concludes
communication skills, time management skills, problem decision skills and research ability
are the main informative working scenarios through which larger working scenarios cane be
developed into future. Professional experience and skills with advanced learning are
programmed with new avenues, technical abilities and potentialities to fathom on various
new target arenas (Suleman, 2016). The project also concludes that employability skills,
and deep working onto communication paradigms enable to bring on long term
working experience, parallel development with my vision and keen synergy of optimistic
vision is highly important for bringing on more ethical working patterns. The project
also concludes how development into leadership is keenly worked on with progression
and how various new rational synergy of technicality can be attained with passion and
willpower.
