TASK 1 Covered in PPT TASK 2 Introduction Reflective journal isdocument in which all positive and negativethings occurred during event is classified. It is used to evaluate own performance and learning from it. thus here, journal is written about a task given to prepare presentation. Here, i realisedthat for my personal and professional growth there are several skills which is required. But among them there are employability and study skillswhich is crucial in it. this enable in attaining goalsand objectives (Şahin, Sen, and Dinçer,2019). However, i found that i need to enhance my study as well as employability skills. It is because it will enable me in becoming a good managerof a large MNC. I gotthis by taking feedbackfrom other people such as my colleagues, friends, relatives, etc. thus, in order to describe completion of my task there are several models which is used in it, but it depends on individual that what model is preferred. Thus i used gibbs model in it which is as follows Description- I got to know that I was given a task to prepare a presentation on leadership styles. So, it wasmy task which I have to do. So, in thisfirst of all I started planning things that whatI will do and when. Then, after itIorganized things and developed aplan which was like schedule. So, it gave me insight about what activity is to be carried out and when. So, I did not feel nervous in itbut Iwasexcited. Here, Ihave to individually carry out task and complete activity. So, as I was not having experience in it thus I took help of my mentor. He guided me in proper way. Now, I started using internet to search about leadershipstyleand theories. Besides that, I watched some videos as well so that I get a clear idea about what I have to do and how to use applications. Thus, it was useful for me as I was able to gain knowledge about varioustypes of ICTtoolsand how to applyit (Aspasia, and Penelope,2016). also, I gain insight that what type of info is available on these tools and how it can be used. then I created notes for all these thingssothatitis helpful for mein future. Moreover, by following of schedule I was able to proceed in right direction.however, I found that there are many ways of how things are to done in making presentation. Feelings 3
Here, I realize that I was properly doing my work as I easily got info on internet about different typesofleadership styles. But Idid notknow thatwhatinfoneeds to be taken in presentation. So, itaffected my performance. so, for that I took helpof mymentor and he directed me. However, in middle I faced some issue as I got late in finishing my work. Due to that I was not able to manage time. Here, mentor gave me clarity by showing that priority task needs to be completed first if this issue occursin future (Apsari, 2018). Thus, with help ofit I was able to manage work in time. I put all info in bullet points in presentation and also inserted some images. I did this in order to make presentation attractive. But Ifelt I lack time management skills which in future can impact on my professional growth. It also impactedon my confidence level and morale. Thus I feel that if next time any situation occurs then I will workin team so that I am able to complete my work in time. Besides thatI must improve my team working skillsso that I can adjust within any team and work accordingly. It willbenefit me in achieving my career goals. I will also get to know benefit of working in team. This will also boost my morale and I will attain my goals easily. Evaluation Here, I evaluated that my performance was average . it was high than my expectation. In this I gained knowledge about leadership styles (Coloma, 2019).My mentor showed me that howto work in team and manage time to complete tasks. However, there were many good and bad things I learned from it. here, i was able to communicatewith my mentor regarding my situationsoI got to know about various types ofcommunication. Sometimes I used e mail, phonecall, etc to interact with him. Furthermore, I evaluated that there is need for me to get improve researchskill so thatin future Iam able to dostudy. For that I need to start making small research report. In this task I was able to do research and gather data but I analysed that I need to learn a lot in it. this will help me in my career. But on contrary, I found that negative was that I was not able to manage my task in time. due to this I did not finish it on time. along with it, there was delay in making of presentation. so, I felt that this was very time consuming for me. also, another is that I did not work in term with expert. thus, it highly affected on my performance. besides that, I did not how to work in team and what ways are applied in it. i was weak in some areas and strong in some. Thus, i need to enhance my weak areas (Khan, 2020). Conclusion 4

Therefore, I have decided that if in future I face same situation again that I will be ready forit. So, with that my performance will not be hampered as well. apart from that I summarized that I must form short and long term goals. This is because I think that by accomplishing short term goals long can be easily achieved. hence, I need to set my target in my future career. I realize thatI must enhance few skills so that Iam able to handleany type of challenge which I face. There is need to manage time in it so that I finish my task in deadline. So, in free time I am able to read books, study etc and do things which I like. It will enable me to balance my professional andpersonal life. So, in this way I can become a good person and have a successful career. Action plan There is need to an action plan which will allow me to maintain my skills. Thus, for that I need to develop a PDP which will allow me to improve my weak areas and skills. I found that I am not able to solve problem. I get nervous whenever I face a problem. So, PDP will help me to maintain my progress and with help of that I will be able to accomplish short and long term goalsin effective way. Along with that, I can make changesin my plan and include activities which are important for me to enhance my skills. i will take action to analyse my performance within particular time period. Through that I will be able to find out weak areas. So, on basis of that I will develop PDP (Asyura,2018). It will be highly useful for me to achieve my goals. Thus, itwill be helpful for me to improve my study as well as employability skills. now for everything I need to develop an effective action plan by taking help of my mentor. 5
CONCLUSION It is concluded that a task was given to prepare presentation on leadership. So, I faced certain issues in it and learned many things as well. thus, I found out my weak skills which I need to improve with help of PDP. In this way I will enhance study skill in my professional growth. 6
