INTRODUCTION
Personal development is the process of improving oneself from such activities which
enhance the employment skills, increasing the awareness and build the wealth. The growing
success of the self and personal development movement has assisted many business and manager
in obtaining the more qualified and motivated the individual to perform better in the
organisation. Personal development begins with the self awareness as this help the person to
improve the skills and productivity in the well define manner. This study emphasis on Mark
Zuckerberg who is a CEO of Facebook and its leadership style. It is crucial for the leaders to be
effective and must posses problem solving skills to achieve the problem solving skills. Along
with this report focuses on Kolb's reflective cycle model which indicates about the individual
behaviour and personality in the well define manner.

which help me in coursework. Improving your employability skills through education, training
and practical application can help in my future to achieve the desire goal. Further this will help
me in finding new jobs and also position me for the higher earning roles with the greater growth
potential (Maaranen and et., al., 2020). So this is is essential to follow the footsteps of great
leaders and influencer like Mark Zuckerberg. As per the above analyses I have gained
knowledge about the how to manage the work and complete it in given time frame. This also
help me in my study skills as this taught me how to manage the task so how to be passionate
regarding the work. Here are some of the skills which are achieved are explain briefly below:
Communication skills: Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the consider as
the most important skills. From the above stated work I have improved my communication skills
which help me to interact more effectively with people. Beside from this, it help in enabling to
transfer the effective information and data so that risk and uncertainty can be reduce and
managed properly. For completion of the above task I have to talk to different people which help
me in enhancing the skills which will help me in future to study more effectively.

Research skills: These are the skills which have been improved during completion of
assigned task. It has improved my ability to find to search, finds and collect and also interpret the
information which help me in making more effective decision. Further this help me to gather
right information and also help me to understand and teach new things. Along with this it also
help me to adopt and evolve as better human beings which help me to take quality decision for
the betterment.
Team work: Team work is important for all success of the business and it also provide
more opportunities to expand and grow in future. Further this task help me to work better with
the team and it also aid in completion of task for the betterment and growth of the people.
However this also improve my critical thinking ability which is beneficial for the making better
decision. It also help me to understand the importance of team work as this help me to complete
the task more effectively.
Time and self management: This has taught me time and self management which help me
to organise my work and plan the time for the completion of task. This also help me to
understand principle to shape and optimise the time to manage and self control system for the
betterment of the system. This also help me in reducing the stress and provide effectively
suggestions to achieve the goal in well desire way. Further this help me to meet the deadlines and
complete the task as per the requirement and reduces the distraction and help me in focusing on
the actual work.
Kolb's reflective cycle
This model referred to as experiential learning and provide own experience which is
further reviewed, analysed and evaluated systematically at the different stages. Once this process
is gone with new experience this help me in taking effective decision for the betterment and
growth ( Brakke and et., al., 2020). This model will aid me to understand how to complete the
task in the given time frame and also how to become more effective towards handling the
situation which help me in reducing risk and uncertainty. Here are some steps which are
explained briefly:
Concrete experience: This help me to realise and consciously able to understand the
experience and the situation more effectively. This also provide insight that I have to learn
something new and need to improve my skills in which I am lacking. It is a stage where basically
I am able to understand the situation and make notes of the define situation. Along with this, the

next step is to explain about the what do you feel and what are the further decision which should
be taken minimize the risk.
Reflective observation: The next step is to identify what happen the particular time period
in order to overcome the situation more effectively. For example if the person is working in the
organisation and due to miscommunication the individual cannot meet the deadline so in this
case person should observe the situation and help make sure to minimize the risk and make
useful decision for the future. This help me to reflect what happened in that situation and help me
to figure out the best possible outcomes. There are several question which should be asked by the
individual as what failed, what worked and also try to figure out the best possible outcomes.
Abstract conceptualization: This is consider as the third stages where I use to ask
question to my self about what can be the outcomes and how they can be more effective for me
in future. Further this also help me to understand how it can improvement can be done to
enhance my skills. For example to improve my employability skills I need to focus on my
communication and also help me to interact with other people more effectively. As from the
above situation this help me to understand how to make future decision more effectively which
can be beneficial for me in my career.
Active experiments: This is consider as the last stage which aid me to acquire the last
stage along with the theoretical knowledge. This help me to effectively understand the reflection
and have opportunity to improve my skills. Apart from this, it also help me to evaluate new
theories which assist in understanding the new outcomes.
From the above model it has been concluded that teachers can critically evaluate the
learning outcomes for the students and help in developing effectively learning opportunities so
that individual can perform better in the future. Beside this it also create a sense of understanding
in the minds of students about the effectively leadership and how it can change the career. The
educator must ensure about the activities which are designed and carried out in such a way which
offer each learner to change and engage in the manner which suits better for the people.
Gibbs reflective cycle
Gibbs reflective cycle was developed by Graham Gibbs in 1988 to give structure to
learning from previous activity (Boedigheimer and et., al., 2020). It offers a framework for
examining past experience, and given its cyclic nature lends itself particularly well to repeated

experiences, allowing you to learn and plan from things that either went well or do not come up
to the mark. Here some of the steps which are explained down below:
Description: This is the first step where the individual focus on what happened. For
example for the group task assignment my group is divided into different section. Hence we sat
down to have clear idea about the task and decided who will do which task. This division of
labour help in completion of task effectively.
Feeling: Here I can explore the feelings and thought which had during my experience
and how they impact on the person. For example for the assignment the work has done which
afterwords realise about the works was in bulk and therefore I got little motivation to take the
task further.
Evaluation: Here I have choice to evaluate what work and what didn't work in the
situation. Further this help me to understand the both positive and negative aspect of the situation
even from the primary situation. For example for completion of assigned work two people left
the group which increase the burden for the entire team.
Analysis: This help to understand that what really happened and focused on the detail
around the things and the situation. There are several question arouse in this stage such as what
things get well and false steps were taken in the completion of the work. This is consider as the
essential aspect which analyse the situation and aid to overcome the problems.
Conclusion: In this part it made conclusion about what really happened and I can able to
understand the problem and help me understand the situation more effectively. This is the stage
where I summarise the learning and highlight the changes in the action plan which can improve
the outcomes for the future. Further this can be consider as the natural response for the previous
course of action.
Action plan: This is the last step which able to understand what are my skills and what
are the area of improvement so that I can take better decision in future. This also help me to take
effective decision and help me to improve my study skills effectively.
CONCLUSION
From the above conclusion this has been analysed that organisation must have effectively
leadership style which help the firm to motivate the employees to achieve the desire goal and
objective in the well define manner. Further Mark Zuckerberg possess democratic leadership
style which to inspire the people in order to achieve desire goal and objective.
