INTRODUCTION
Leadership can be defined as act of influencing behaviour and act of
others and motivating them to contribute in achieving and realising
vision of leader. Business leaders also undertake these activities and
behind this they aim to influence and motivate subordinates and
employees to achieve goals of the business organisation.
