Jeff Bezos, is a founder and CEO of the one of the world largest organisation knownas Amazon.com . he have effective quality of the leader such as risk –taker, building the empire on the new and productivity innovation in the market.(Bryce, Wilmes,. and Bellino, 2016) He is a person who holds the vision that matters for the growth of the organisation and achieve the desire level of the success for the company in the long run. Hismain motive is to serve the target customer as they were customer centric in their policies and strategies which helps them to make the productivity results in their organisation. He is one of most influence leader where he motivates the its employees to perform better in the given task and activities so that organisation are able to achieve the desire results in the most profitable manners in the work environment. Jeff bezos have the clear thinking process to helps in simplifying the message of its customer where they can expand their business to the next level. We have also involved with personal and professional development programs which helped me to develop the employment and study skills to achieve my goals in the private and work places. And we also gained various different skills such as how to make the sound decision in life and build the research skills so that task can be complete within the time period. the Gibbs reflective cycle is a model which is used to reflect the what the person have learned andexperienced thought these development process. The Gibbs reflective cycle:is model which give the structure to learning from the experiences the individual go on. Its provide framework for examining and evaluating the experiences and draw the effective conclusionand enhance the person personality which lead to achieve the desire level of outcomesin the personal andwork life. This model helps the person to learn while having the experiences , it can be either stand –alone experience or a condition one go frequently.This cycle will helps in understanding what we have learned in the online classes and what skills we have developed in the class which will helps us infinishingthe task in better mannerIt includes different stages which lead to better experience for the individual which are stated as follow: Description: 4
