The report will be analysing marketing field, aspects among skills required and career paths
among marketing experts within business development goals functionally. Study will also evolve
parameters related to strategies for pertaining towards wider growth in career, as per varied
marketing scenarios.

This can be also analysed that career paths within marketing fields hold high significance
competitive scope for leveraging new raised up standards, also to determine keen innovative
business growth. Furthermore, marketing field opens up stronger varied parameters to explore in
professional career heights for leveraging scope towards untapped domains and also to expand
international markets functionally. By heading towards stringent innovation in marketing field, i
further also aim to work on learning new dynamic working skills and enhanced career paths for
overall growth towards creative paradigms.

I also will be heading on strong focus for strengthening innovative business skills, for
dynamically strengthening my ideologies within future career establishments.

I also plan up to get job and opportunity within marketing field, as diversified industry has been
widely growing in recent years actively which brings overall active growth scope (Sonnenstuhl
and Trice, 2018). My internal willpower and effective learning skills, potentially will enhance
my career presence actively among academics and also evolve towards untapped business
scenarios. The digital marketing is widely undergoing huge scale opportunities among career
enhanced presence towards which there is wide scope, higher competitive synergies evolving.
The career paths analysed above brings detailed factors towards functional scale diversification
among marketing profession, where experience of commercial expertise is hugely profound for
individuals

Furthermore, the executive effective learning programmes operated among marketing
departments within companies bring huge scale functional advanced learning opportunities
actively

I plan up to expand my career goals for gaining job as marketing manager within retail industry,
for using my skills and enhanced vision for evolving towards new potentialities among career
domains (Sweet and Land et.al., 2019).

My interpersonal skills, team working skills are widely strong as i have been confidently able to
work towards enhanced functional new targets actively and also generate best targets. I have
been also competent towards determinants of advanced expertise for new learning, for
commercial growth and generate smarter career growth aspects imperatively.

Linking my skills and strengths to career paths in marketing will further enable me to
competently evolve on profound pathways, leverage new creative ideas innovatively. This can be
also analysed that by gaining job and professional job in marketing industry i will be able to
pertain strongly towards untapped new target learning, also scale up functional evolution growth.
This further heads on specific focus towards competitive skills development, dynamic
competencies and also primitively works towards yielding new synergies informatively.

This further calls up wider productive scope among new scale growth domains among
individuals for being dynamically active on international languages, digital skills and analytical
projects. There is also fundamental competent scope for wider scale growth horizons towards
untapped goals, also to adhere towards dynamic scope. Strategies such as time management
plan, professional career plans and also operating upon effective varied structural growth rise
will enable me to work towards new strengths. Further dynamic working strengths and strategies
for cooperative work strength expansion will enhance new imperative scope competently. I also
plan up to head stronger range of growth towards yielding dynamic market presence, by
attending training sessions which will enable me to further evolve towards untapped strengths.
To overcome my challenges and overcoming varied efficacy aspects will enable me to
operatively expand new career plans innovatively.

Reflective statement
It is quite important for me to present, reflection based on my achievement related to
employability and study skills. Here, in order to do that, I utilized Gibbs model of reflection,
which is quite useful and effective. With the help of this model, I share my personal experience
via varied key stages that are as discussed below-
I want to discuss my personal experience that is related to my achievement of study and
employability skills, which I had achieved through module, where many people take initiative to
become a part of this valuable procedure. My overall journey in the context ofthis modulethat

has been conducted in effective manner,is quite good as I had learned varied things in term of
skills through this time duration. I want to describe that I had improved communicated skill,
because I have to communicate with other people in effective and appropriate manner by using
my key communication skill. It is one of those skills, which made a person able to interact with
individual in influencing and respective manner, which is quite essential do to. Earlier I did not
possess great knowledge about research skills and its importance in an individual life. But when I
conduct report, I come to recognize that this skill play vita role in success of personal and
professional life. Furthermore, along with this skill, earlier I did not possess strong and valuable
understanding about usage of ICTs, but when conduct this study, I had acquired more knowledge
about it and understand their importance in life of those people who seek to perform effectively
in personal and professional career as well.
I was quite excited, while conducting this study and feel really happy too, because it
supports to improve my professional as well as personal skills in systematic manner, which in
return provides a lot of benefits to me. It contributes to enhance my ICTs skill, research and
communication, which made me able to grab current and further opportunities related to my
career. I had analyzed that my feeling during project and before investigation is quite different.
As I was too excited and curious to attend module, but after conducting practice I realize that it is
not that easy to as I think.After conducting an investigation in this subject, I come to analyze that
this study supports me to enhance my ability related to use of ICTs, and also help to improve my
verbalcommunication skill, which is important because in future and current duration at
somewhere I might perform in a group of people where written and oral communication is
require. Including all these thing, I had change my perception regarding my work because
through this I analyzed my key strengths and weaknesses. I develop a tactic to make this project
in presentable manner and even better than the other people in future.
It has been evaluated that the journey of this overall project is totally knowledgeable
and valuable because it helps me to make effective strategies, which I may use to split task into
smaller sections in order to complete my work in presentable manner. It contributes to reduce
issues occurrence when I conduct study and enable me to meet set goals and objectives in
particular deadline as well. During this assignment, I had raised range of competences, skills and
knowledge regarding varied subjects, which in turn help to complete my work in precise and

systematic manner. Also, the thing that were unexpected and worked so good is quality of good
work which I had make with the support of my colleagues and tutors.
Along with this, I also evaluate that I improve my communication skill work ability. It is
so because, this is my first project and I have to do whole work with few people and that is why,
for me communication is the biggest challenge as I do not possess great competence with regard
to it. In addition to this, I also improve my ICT and research skill as well as oral communication
skill.
I analyzethat during a project, I had managed my time, work and each activity in
effective manner, which is important and beneficial for me, because I have to do more attempts
to enhance and develop those areas in which I am lacking. During this study, I analyze my key
strength and that is time management skill. I divide entire work into small part and make a clear
plan to complete each in precise manner, all these things I had done just because of having time
management skill. Furthermore, I also analyze my research skill, which help in my career growth
and provide benefit in the future when I get project for which research skill is important. I also
evaluate that due to not having problems solving competence, I did not capable to solve my
problems and other as well. It unable me to handle circumstance and challenges I face during
project. Therefore, it somehow impacts entire report. I also realize my weaknesses as well and
that is lack of networking, because of this I prefer to work individually. But still I realize that
networking is important. I am unable to work in a team because I do not possess good team work
knowledge.
In this phase, I analyzed that due to having effective research, ICT and communication
skill, I am capable to perform work in appropriate manner, while project help me to analyze
areas in which I need improvement in term of weaknesses that impact my work and hamper it in
negative manner.
From task and module, I summarized that I improve many competences and skillssuch
that communication, research and ICT skills that will help me in my professional and personal
career. Furthermore, I had enjoyed several positive things throughout this module that keep
encouraging me and also enhance my confidence through which I will define goal and generate
great skills. While I also summarized that I lack certain skills that somehow, affect my work and
study. It includes networking, problem solving and team work skills, even I have to perform on

these competences because it will assist me in my study and employability. It will also help me
in meeting my aims or career dreams. In order to complete my work in presentable manner, I
realize that I should take initiative to perform in a group so that it will help to develop my team
work or networking skills. So, overall the whole project is better and I get an amazing chance to
learn many new activities or things which help me in my professional & personal career. I can
take initiative to develop an action plan which help to improve my weaknesses.
