education and self management. Main motive of self managed learning is that focus on the
different educational activities which helps to establish tools and techniques of the learning for a
single person also for group of persons. The report will include various self managed learning
approaches with the help of learning styles which is very help full for learning new techniques of
education activity(Bauer, 2010). This report is going to define motives and objectives of the
professional development, learning, strategies evaluation and plans to analyse personal goals.
This report will also includes personal and professional development plan which is very
important for effective development. It will also including opportunities for personal and
professional which is required in current and future time period.

Various techniques and approaches such as research project and assignments which helps

conclusion, so it is important to study whole topic in depth. This study includes reading books,
online study, understanding the scenario and also includes depth learning of management
strategies which is very important for both individual and professional too. These learning are

individual and also impact on their development of self education level. There are some

information which is related to particular topic. These consists websites, books, blogs, journals,
distance learning, online study, studios and streaming videos(Cooke, 2012).
Visionary approach: It includes some threats and opportunities which can be arises when a
peoples start their development. Apart from that visionary approach is visualise strength which
helps to increase the progress and growth of a individual and a professional too.

SWOT analysis: It is very important to identify own strength and weaknesses which affect the
learning experience of a individual person. It is obvious that every person have some weaknesses
which create problems for achieving their goals and objectives so it is important to find out
appropriate way to eliminates these weaknesses. This will beneficial in their professional as well
as personal life also. To grab the opportunities is very useful for individual because it helps to
improve the learning experience of a individual.

their knowledge of particular field.
Conceptual: It required expertness by which they can solve the issues and problems at the work
place with the help of various opportunities.
Communication: Through this skills a organisation can easily change in their concept and ideas
and it will also help to give effective implementation of these concepts.

which helps to attain organisational objectives. If I talk about my strength is that I am hard
working, punctual and a quick learner.
Weaknesses: I have many weaknesses like short tempered, low confidence and lack of ability to
work in team.
Opportunities: My opportunities includes that my ability of hard-working helps to take me
closer to my dreams and my future plan of study is also opportunity for me.

Threats: One major threat is that there are also available other employees in the organisation
with same kind of abilities like me(ago, 2010). My performance and progress are affecting by
other workers which is crucial threat for me.
These analysis helps to analyse needs of self development and also beneficial for its effective
execution.
2.3 Development opportunities to meet current and future defined needs
It is very important for the organisation to create opportunities for the development of
employees so they can achieve goals and objectives of the company. Business environment is
very dynamic so it is important to define future needs. There are some current and future
demands are given below:
Present requirements: In present business environment I am pursuing graduation degree and my
aim to get professional knowledge with the helps of aspects of professional and individual
development(López‐Pastor, Monjas and Manrique, 2011). These knowledge is very helpful to
increasing professional learning of the employees in the organisation and also for personal life.
Future requirements: These requirements are includes identify internal strength and weakness
which helps to analyse future need of a individual. Various learning styles and strategies will
also help to analyse future requirements. My further neds includes that I want to get higher
studies and get a good job in organisation and try to perform excellent.
Helpful strategy: These includes some direct and indirect sources by which I can gain more
knowledge which helps to increase knowledge. These sources are includes newspapers,
magazines, search engines, news channels and online websites also.

Personal and professional development is very important for a individual and also for
group of person. For effective implementation of these development a proper plan is needed is
called personal and professional plan. With the helps of this plan a person can analyse its future

different communication channels are based on their interpersonal levels like gestures, postures,

written information and audio based information. Misinterpretation is another major problem
which a organisation have to be eliminate for smooth functioning. For effective communication
process, company need a good information technology system in the company. For reduce
problems and conflicts between employees it is very important to give them training and educate
about new technologies so that they can give their full potential in work and helps to enhance
their performance. When employees are familiar with communication tactics than there is chance
for their growth and progress. Effective communication channels is also helps to effective
interpretation of market data which is use in various strategies of the organisation such as
promotion mix and formulate marketing strategies. So basically enterprise have to improve their
communication channels for the betterment of organisational activities and they can also achieve
