Development at personal and professional level benefits an individual
in accomplishing their targets so that desired outcomes can be
achieved. This aspect is also regarded as continuous professional
development. This presentation is going to discuss about Reflection
upon own learning against actual objectives and targets. Solutions in
context with organisational problems, varied communication styles
and efficient time management strategies will be mentioned in
context with selected organisation selected organisation.

Activities and processes needed for
implementation of a development plan
Setting of goals- firstly there is discussion about goals and targets which
has to be considered for determining in order to completion of targets.
When there is proper change in operations, actions are conducted in
appropriate and effective manner.
Identification of strengths- After setting goals, it is essential to identify
about strengths and weakness in an individuals. This makes
improvement in activities and actions are performed in effective and
relevant manner.
