4.2 Communicating in a variety of styles and
appropriate manner
In order to improve customer care at Paramount
Travel Hotel, it becomes important for the said
entity to effectively and cataclysmically
implement a strong and positive communication
channel within its workplace.
Therefore, the company is highly recommended in
implementing any of the tow communication
styles within its organisational structure to gain
customer care in a very significant way.

 Formal communication process- According to this
structure, the essential information will pass in a very
systematic and formal way within the workplace. The
communication will be outsourced from the top level
managers and will then be communicated to all the level
of managers in a systematic and proper way through
emails or telephonic conversations.
 Informal communication process- As per this process,
the communication will tend to pass in a very informal
and friendly way and will seek to create rumours within
the workplace.
