Introduction
21st century an ear of revolution and development, bringing
changes which are necessary for betterment and
productivity in separate aspects. Business organisations
in today's ear is changing and adapting to the
environment (Bennett-Levy, 2019) . This era has raised
the level of effectiveness of leadership styles and
practices undertaken by leaders for running the
operations of organisation and smooth functioning of
human resource. The aim of leadership have changed
from earlier which was to attain the end objectives
whereas now the aim of an effective business manager
and effective leadership is to accomplish all goals and
keeping the workforce satisfied and happy with potential
practices.

characteristics
Leadership is a concept that is unique for everyone and
described in a unique sense by the leaders as they their
perspectives to it. Generally, leadership is defined as a
direction or guidance provided by leader to their team
member or employees of the organisation towards the
path of working productively and attaining all objectives
in the respective time frame and with utmost potentials
(Carpenter and et. al., 2019).
