INTRODUCTION
 Leader style plays very excellent role for a person who wants to a
lead a team or a group.
 Currently most business leaders within different organisations
tries to adopt and use different styles of leadership, because these
styles provide an appropriate framework to lead lots of people in
very effective manner.
 This presentation discusses leadership style of Elon Musk.
 Elon Musk is one of top business leaders in across the world.
 He is founder and CEO of group of businesses, like; SpaceX,
Tesla motors and the boring company etc.

MAIN BODY
 Leaders style of Elon Musk
 Elon Musk not uses only one style of leadership, because it adopts
different styles of leadership to deal with different business situations.
 Reason is, he not operates a single business, so that he always required
to change own style of leadership while operating different businesses.
 Currently almost all employees of Elon Musk are very satisfied with
his different styles of leaders.
 However, he generally believes in using transformational style of
leaders within its daily operations.
