Personal and Professional development TASK 4 4.1 Solution of problems. High labour turnover: The Paramount Travel Hotel is considered as one of the popular hotel of London. They were equipped with effective and efficient work forces. From last three hotel is facing major problems related to the employees such as they are having highest employee’s turnover. In order to determine factors, being an assistant manager order of initial investigations are provided. With the help of this various factors are identified such as staff having lower moral, having excess work load, unhealthy communication system and so on. These all factors are responsible for making negative impact on the work force and also affecting growth of organisation (Etale- Educate, Innovation, and Experimentation. 2017). Paramount Travel Hotel is considered as well-planned hotel, providing advance and sophisticated services to their clients. Currently, they are having work force of effective and efficient employees. From last three years as an assistant manager of hotel, I use to handle various issues and problems (Paramount Hotel. 2016.). Such as high employee turnover, ineffective staff and so on. In order to resolve these problems and make each step more effective, certain tools are need to be implemented. For better results all the steps should be effectively implemented. Following are details of the problems: This is considered as biggest issue for the Paramount Travel Hotel, in order to resolve it effectively. As an assistant manager of organisation, I have considered various strategies such as, distributing employees into teams and assign them work according to their team. With the help of this excessive load on the employees get reduced at some level. Along with this also help in order to improve their performance (Murdoch-Eaton and Sandars, 2014). In order to improvise their morel, manager is organizing various motivational activities. With the help of this work force will be able to perform their work willingly and remain motivated. Various activities are also being organized by manager of organisation in order to reduce stress and pressure of employees. Along with this it also help them in order to improve their mental and physical health. It make a direct impact on their performance. Working as an assistant manager, I have also considered various steps I order to improve communication process. With the help of this employee are able to make direct connection with their mentors (Etale- Educate, Innovation, Experimentation. 2017).
