INTRODUCTION
Personality of every person is different, so there is difference
in their perception also. Personal and profession al
development means equal weight-age must be given to
personal and professional aspect of company.

Evaluation of current skills and competencies
There are some skills required to perform operations of
company in effective manner. There is difference in skills
as per variation in personality. My skills and competencies
are discussed below-

Required activities to develop own needs
In every person there are some qualities which he/ she must
use as weapons to compete with external world. This helps
them to know which are essential for them there is SWOT
analysis which help individual to know about points where
improvement is need at the same time some points which
help helps him/ her to outshine as compared to other
(Kesson and Henderson, 2010). This helps them to grab
opportunities and less the negative effect of threats.

I m not able to accept changes frequently. This

There are some threats which affects by
personality. These days creativity is
important component with knowledge. There
is demand of some value addition in existing
product and services.

Development opportunities to meet current and
future needs
There are many policies which person applies to gain knowledge and it
is essential to apply learned things in practical life. When employee
perform operations it is clear that how much responsible he is. There
are many techniques which help individual to polish learned
techniques and it is important too (Minott, 2010). As compared to
initial days trend is changing so demand of society is also changing.
It is important to meet society demand through new techniques so
there are possibilities of growth.

Current trends- There is change in environment so scope is
also changing. There are different policies which can be
applied by employees to give their best. There are many
policies which has to achieve by individual which makes
him to deal with changes. It is essential to frame as per
current scenario, this helps company to satisfy customer
in more effective manner.

Future trends- Though future cannot be predict but it is
important to accept changes which are important and
essential for organization. As trends are changing very fast
so it necessary to keep ready for future changes. There are
possibilities that change in business environment may
affect planning so there is need of dynamic policies which
can be modified as per modification in trends
