INTRODUCTION Employability skills is mainly a set of skills that is highly required in a person in order to gain better opportunities & achieve their objectives or desired goals in an effective manner. In context to a student, employability skills is important in order to get job in a reputed company and perform their role in a proper manner. It is determine that employability skills helps a person to not only perform well but also develop a positive image in the mind set of higher authorities appropriately. The report will discuss Gibbs reflective model, which cover all the experience that is gained during the presentation of project. It is determine that reflective based learning help a person to gain knowledge about skills and competencies needed to be learnt for coming future. TASK 2 Main body Leadership skill is termed as willingness of an individual to inspire, encourage and motivate a person to gain their desired goals and objectives in a proper manner. It is analysed that having a leadership skill aid a person to maintain good relationship with others, which is needed to deal or perform in corporate sector. The present report is second part of project & first part has already performed by a presentation involve skills required to gain success and about CEO of Amazon. It is analysed by me that leadership skills is need to provide proper direction to others & build an effective teams. For developing a presentation, there are different skills, competencies as well as knowledge is needed, which help in attaining of positive results. By creating and giving presentation, I have learnt many skills & about topic in an appropriate manner. My overall experience was good that will aid me to perform well in coming future. In order to express my overall experience and learning as well, Gibbs reflective model will be using that involve various stages. This stages will help me to clear my overall learning and expression that I gain while presenting a presentation on leadership skills/ styles of Jeff Bezos. Gibbs reflective cycle:The model was develop by sir Graham Gibbs in year 1998 that sates, experience as well as learning comes after performing the work in an effective manner. By the assistance of Gibbs reflective cycle, it is determine that an individual can gain knowledge about skills & experience achieve by him/her after performing an effective work on the specific topic. Moreover, it also aid a person to gain an insight about what they have done, what skills they put and where they lack and how they handle or deal with the specific situation. For
analysing my overall experience related with presentation created by me on particular topic Leadership skills. The stages involve in Gibbs model is defined below: Description:It is consider as first and foremost stage that include a proper description of activity and situation, which is needed to be carried out by a person. I have developed a presentation on leadership skills as well as style of CEO of Amazon. In order to perform my presentation in a best manner, I did a lot of research & taken help of my mentors and teachers as well. It help me to gain insight about formulation of presentation in a better way. I have asked my assigned project teachers and mentors as well to finalise team members and instruct them about their responsibilities and roles as it help in declining level of conflicts die to which presentation was completed timely and properly as well. It is determine by me that I have the willingness to deal with situations and handle them which helped me to maintain good relation with my team members in order to perform presentation in a more attractive and effective manner. Feelings: It is defined as second stage of Gibbs reflective cycle which showcase the feelings of an individual while perform a particular task. At the time of initialization of project, I was excited and happy too as I got the role of leader of the team. But, with the passage of time, the overall excitement is getting down and turn into tension. It is identified by me that maintaining such excitement level among team members from initial to of project is difficult. Occurrence of such situations has tested my team building skills and patience level. It is determine by me that I have food team building skills due to which I am able to develop and give presentation in an appropriate and timely manner as well. Evaluation:This stages show the overall experience attained by a person while developing presentation was good or not. For me, the overall experience of presentation was good as I got opportunity to perform role of team leader. On contrary, I faced issues as I am not able to solve conflicts of team members and for this, it is require for me to learn about problem solving skills that will help for gaining personal as well as professional development. It is determine by me that to perform a job role in an effective, a person is require to have problem-solving skills in order to deal with corporate sector in an effective manner. In addition to this, my interaction and communication skills is good that has helped me to maintain effective relationship with all the team members. Due to my team building skills, I am able to developed coordination among team members and make team members feel free to give their opinions and thoughts for presentation

By the assistance of team building skills and effective communication skills, I am able to developed good relation with team members due to which overall presentation is completed and performed in a timely as well as appropriate manner. It is stated that my overall experience and learning will help in both personal and professional. Furthermore, it will help me to attain better opportunity and perform specific job role in an appropriate manner. Action Plan: It is consider as last stage of Gibbs reflective cycle, where required actions or activities need to be develop and implement in order to gain similar sort of role in coming future. It is determine by me that in coming future when I will good opportunities, I am competent enough to perform task effectively & manage teams in an effective manner. In order to improve my problem solving skills and technical skills, I am going to prefer online classes that help me to learn and attain good opportunities in future. In today’s world, the skills that is required to be competent are problem solving, team handling, patience, communication, time management and so on. I will also going to attend seminars and training session that will help me to gain knowledge about recent leadership skills and styles that is required in order attain success. In order to implement such activities, it is important for me to prepare a time chart and manager all my working and daily activities properly. Learning about all such skills help me to present myself more effectively in future and grab better opportunity in an effective manner.
CONCLUSION From the abovediscussion, itisconcludedthatGibbsreflectivecyclemodelisan appropriate tool, which help a person to gain an insight about its strength as well as weaknesses, which is needed to be perform in order to grab opportunity and attain personal and future growth. In addition to this, Gibbs model aid an individual to showcase their overall experience and leaning gained by performing specific activity. Moreover, it help in attaining knowledge about skills that is required in order to gain better opportunity in future by a person that leads towards growth and success in an effective manner.
