In this context, personal development opportunities are discusses as below: Self acceptance– It is a virtue and deserve to change to an individual. I use this in my core learnings and make development. It is useful in taking more duties and responsibilities in the entire life and make it improved. Keep learning– Learning has no end and a person can learn in each situation of career. I can learn many things in different situations and develop my core skills.
Cont. Set long and short term goals– By setting short and long term goals, a person can achieve more flexibility that is useful for doing work and growth in career. I must set realistic goals and follow it for further improvement.
