A. Evaluation of my skills and competencies and find out the
skills to develop and useful for working in Travelodge Hotel
Personal skills are use for growth and improvement in an
individual's career and life for achievement of certain goals and
objectives. I have different types of skills and competencies that
defines my strengths and weaknesses. These are useful in my career
growth as well as it makes my workings as an area manager in
Travelodge Hotel.

Strength
Communication - I am perfect in
communication skill with other person
effectively because I have this type skill.
As an area manager I am able to
accomplish all tasks in order to achieve
organizational goals.

Time Management - I use it in my
working and able to understand
employee's problems so that they not feel
trouble. It also uses as to identifies the
core opportunities of the organization.
