1PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT I am studying in reputed college of United Kingdom. I am a student of Management and I am specializing in the field of Marketing. In the course of the study, I am improving and working on the skills that highly affect the marketing studies. The skills required to improve my knowledge in marketing management are- 1.Interpersonal skills- It will help in communicating with other individuals (Hayes 2013). 2.Good oral and written communication skills- It will help me in conveying my ideas verbally or non-verbally to other people. 3.Creativity- This will help me in giving new ideas and innovate new things for marketing communication (Anderson, Potočnik and Zhou 2014). 4.Teamwork- without teamwork, it is impossible to execute a task. Team effort enhances the performance of the team (Lantz Friedrich, Sjöberg and Friedrich 2016). 5.Organizational skills- This will help me in completing the tasks in a more planned manner (LaCountet al2018). The five skills that will help me in my future career are- 1.Numeracy and analytical ability- It will help me in investigating and analyzing complex issues. 2.Influencing and negotiation skills- This is very practical skill that will help in designing, developing and enhancing the interacting skill to influence customers and individuals inside and outside the organization (Manutiet al2015). 3.IT skills- It will help to provide technological support to the team. 4.Problem solving skills- This skill will help me in dealing with the challenges (Whimbey, Lochhead and Narode 2013).

My influencing skills will affect and improve the personal relationships in the workplace (Manutiet al2015). It will also help in building credibility. Teamwork will help maximizing the shared knowledge and will help me learn new set of skills to manage the teams to effectively achieve the goals of the organization I have to improve my organizational skills in order to improve my efficiency and quality of work. Lack of which will lead to misunderstanding, wrong judgments and conflicts. I can also improve on certain skills. I can work on my verbal and non-verbal skills, which will help me in every step of my work. Improving creativity will improve production and increase versatility in the organization. New ideas give rise to innovations. I also have to improve my analytical skills for solving the complex issues of the team and the organization. Analytical skills will help me in supporting my team. In order to survive in a workplace it is very essential to work as a team. Individual performance along with the performance of the team enhances the overall performance of the organization.

4PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT Technological skills affect the performance of the organization. It is very essential to avoid long-term unemployment. People will technological skills along with other skills are preferred more in the organization. Replacement of workers takes place due to the lack of IT skills. Thus, I have to go to a course in order to learn the basic technological skill (Manutiet al2015). Personal Development plan Objectives: The main objectives of the development plan are to improve my effectiveness for my future career and prepare for potential senior leadership role. Recognizing success and measuring the improvement In order to measure and recognize the improvements and success, I will do the SWOT analysis of the organization to check the financial viability. The increase or decrease in profits of the company will help me measure the success. Customer satisfaction is also an important aspect to measure success (Whimbey, Lochhead and Narode 2013). Employee satisfaction conducted by the employee satisfaction survey will also help me to measure my areas of improvement. Methods to achieve the learning objectives and implementation of the plan In order to achieve and implement the learning the following steps needs to be followed. They are- Planning- I have to make a plan to execute the learning in an appropriate manner. Organizing- After planning, the requirements and the outcomes should be aligned in order to execute the implementation.
5PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT Learning- Planning and organizing leads to learning the necessary skills and improve on it in order to effectively execute the plan. Implementing-Thislearningwillthenbeimplementedintheworkplaceby interacting with the employees and the clients and solving the challenges of the organization with my own abilities. Evaluating- The process of evaluating the success or failure of implementation plays a very vital role in the plan. SWOT and other analysis will help to evaluate my performance. Feedback- Honest feedbacks from the employees, higher authorities and clients will help me know my position and the need for further improvements.
