Designing an Artefact for Personal Development: A Reflective Summary

Reflective summary:
This is a reflective artefact that will include my
personal SWOT analysis and supportive
reflection on my strengths along with potential
opportunities as well as weaknesses with threats.
I felt pretty nervous at the time of analysing my
weaknesses and was worried by associated
threats could ruin attainment of my desired
career goals and objectives.

I need to develop my
communication skills.

I would like to develop my ICT
skills
Skill 3
I would like to develop my
management skills
Development Plan
To develop my communication skills I will improve my active listening skills as this
will directly improve my communication skills. I will also learn communication
theories and techniques. This skill is important to be improved as they are highly
essential in academics and employment.
To develop my ICTs skills I will join the online course and by which I will access
the reading and learning materials to practice my ICT skills daily. In the
digitalization of the education and business environment knowledge and expertise
of computer and internet technology is important to succeed in career.
To develop management skills I will more participate into the management
programs at university in order to practical learning and development. .
Management skills are important as this will help to gain the future employment as
the marketing management.
Resources
For the better communication
skills I will be requiring some
good literature articles and
audios and videos to listen as this
will help in gaining knowledge of
better vocabulary and manner od
communication.
Also to improve my ICTs skills I
will be needing online coaching
class and some online You tube
lectures and materials.
Conclusion
From the analysis of the above
experience that was drawn on my
personal SWOT analysis, it can be
concluded that taking into
consideration relevant strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats
enabled me to guide a better course of
action while approaching personal
goals and objectives.
