It is very important for an individual to
develop the interest in a particular field.
The individual need to practice of the
various activities so that they can focus
on developing their career in an effective
and efficient way. The professional
interest and the various key skills need
to be developed during the academics in
order to find a better career path..

The professional field which I
have been chosen is the business
management in the marketing
course where I am interested in
this field in order to develop my
career in the marketing field. This
is the area of interest where I
need to pursue my career and
develop the understanding of
marketing.

Analyse career path
It has been I denitrified that analysing my
career path is very important for me where I
need to analyse the different ways in which I
can develop my career within this field..
there are various requirement in order to
become the marketing manager where the
most important skill is required such as good
communications skills.

Strength
• The one of the biggest strength is that I am good at communication
skills which is the most important key in order to develop career in
marketing field. I am able to communicate with the different
languages in an effective and efficient way.
• The another strength is that I have good leadership skills where I am
able to guide people and make the clear goals and objectives. Also, I
am able to handle the team work effectively.

Weakness
• The one of the major aspect in which I am lacking is problem
solving skills. This is most important for me to develop in order to
become an effective marketing manager within the repudiated
organisation.
• The another weakness is that I am weak at the information
technology which is the most important in today's digital world. I
am lacking in forming the various aspect in a computer system
where I don't know about several software and programming
systems.

How it is linked to the career path
The identified strength and weakness are linked with my career path
where the strength will help me to develop my career in the respective
field. Also I need to develop my weakness so that I can develop my
professionals skills in an effective way. It is very essential to use the
strength in an effective manner which help in developing the
confidence and personality in order to build career. The good
communication skills will help me in my interviews and in my
professional career where I can showcase these skills in order to
attract customer.

Challenges
There are various challenges which I might face in my career. As in
order to develop career the technology plays a major challenge for
developing in an effective way. The new technologies and use of the
digitalisation can be challenging for me as now a days the marketing
is just not about promoting. It is very important that I need to be
aware of the various technology and be updates with the new aspects
in order to work in a professional way.

How to overcome with weakness
In order to overcome with my weakness I need to develop various
practice sessions which can help me in improving my problem solving
skills. This skill can be developed where I can put myself in such a
situation where I need to find out the solutions. Also I can start
solving the various situation where there is requirement of solving.
This will help me proving the skills and can think of the creative ideas

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that personal
development is important in order to develop professional career.
There are various aspect which need to be considered by me in order
to develop my career in the marketing field. This is the area of interest
where I will like to work and make my career. It is very essential for
me to develop various strength and weakness so that I can develop on
