INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is necessary for each and every individual as it
helps in enhancing its existing skills and capabilities thereby it is able to effectively complete its
respective task. There are various alternative career options that could be chosen by individual in
order to pursue their professional career and achieve greater success. This report has contained
necessary information related to career goals, evaluation of my current skills, options for

CAREER CHOICE.
In recent scenario there are numerous career option which could be selected by individual in
order to get higher success in future professional career. As per the study, three possible career
choice available for individual are web developer, HR manager and Fashion designer.
 Web developer is the best career in longer term because most of the company are making
use of digital and innovative technologies in order to delivered services to maximum
number of customers. Companies are focusing on development of web that contained
necessary detailed regarding the enterprise and its products so that customers can take right
decision to purchase.
 HR manager is also another professional career that has scope as enterprise are unable to
manage diverse range of people working in the enterprise.
 At last fashion designer is also best career option as in recent trends, people are more likely
to have designer clothe in order to look pretty.
